It was easy to find pieces that could possibly be worn together as an outfit since the clothes were grouped together by coordinating patterns or style. Both employees were pleasant. One in particular was very helpful with helping us search for items on the website since the size my mother needed was not available in store. And since we choose ship to store, since it's free to ship to the store, we will definitely be going back to pick up the items. But, I also think my mother will be a frequent shopper since the prices are reasonable and they styles are fashionable.

Scarlet went out of her way to take time with me and help me find EVERYTHING that I needed. Jade was helpful and kind as she bagged my items and made sure that I had all of my discounts and coupons applied. I had spent time on the website first and made a list of all that I was looking for to be given as gifts this Christmas Season. I have shopped at this location in the past and I will return here for in person purchases! The employees here REALLY helped make my day! They could've had a big sale with me but didn't even bother to greet me or ask if I needed help with anything. Mostly fast food stuff like Subway and Popeyes. But they're not bad. I have definitely noticed that since I was a child 20 years ago the price of items at the exchange has really increased from being a super good deal to fairly lower than Walmart or maybe even more expensive than Walmart so it's kind of a letdown but it's not terrible and they have all right quality. I'll go back for sure. Often times including this location the staff are very friendly and the facility is clean you definitely don't have to worry about getting shot in the parking lot.

When I initially walked into the store, I saw two sales associates folding clothes. Neither associate said hello or welcomed me to "The Gap" which really made me want to turn around and leave. Instead of leaving, I decided to continue on to the back where near the children section. Having to pass by an associate to get there, I was sure someone would speak--still no one said a word. Could I have spoken? Sure, but this is about good customer service (and providing fellow yelpers/people in the area about a business) and there doesn't seem to be much of that in many places I've gone to so far in KY. I shopped for kids clothing and finally came to a point where I had to ask for assistance since none was offered. I said, "Excuse, could you find out if you have this cardigan in 2T cardigan" to one of the sales associates....To make a long story short--the store associate never came back to let me know whether or not they had what I was looking for in a different size and I knew at that point I would never return to the Gap ever again. The cashier at the register was efficient and nice, but the other employees weren't as helpful. I actually saw the sales associate walk back onto the floor but she never came to inform me of the product I requested so I'll just assume her walking back on the floor means, "NO we don't have the size you requested!" I spent over $170 that day for my kids and I guess its true what people say, "You should never say never!" My son, unfortunately cannot fit some of the items I purchased, so I have to take them back for an exchange. I certainly hope that I have something different to report on my 2nd and final trip. You certainly do not have to take my word for it....go check them out yourself. Hopefully you'll have a better experience than I did. I also did a survey w/ the company about this experience so you may see improvements--at least that's my wish for you.
