I have used Geno's twice. The first time I went we got everything seized in a great amount of time. Due to my last second they were quick and got it made ASAP. But the sleeves in my tux were a bit too short due to my long arms and I guess poor measurement. But overall was great and it looked great. Second time, I got a very friendly lady, who loved the "different" looks, and helped me picks and choose a tux that hopefully is out of this world. They were quite pricey, but somehow always gets it down to a slightly more reasonable price, but still expensive. They also offer alterations so this year I can hAve the correct sleeve lengths. read more

I have used Geno's for years from wedding to prom for my daughter. Never had problem. Now its my daughter's senior year. We picked out a dress, put a deposit on it, etc. Shortly after, the COVID-19 hit, they closed, respectively. I called the manager, to see what kind of options we had. Prom has been canceled, and will not be hosting ANY kind of dance. Again, I totally understand. The manager told me sorry all sales are final, no store credit, basically you are out of luck. Very rude, very unfriendly. Really? This is an act of nature or GOD, however you want to put it. Plus, even if I wanted to pick up the dress, I couldn't. It should be breach of contract on their part. The least they could do is give everyone who made a deposit on a dress or tux, their money back. Times are tough, some are out of work, could really use that money for something their household needs or to help pay a electric bill. Over 3 years of buying prom dresses from them and estimation of 2000.00 from me. That's the least they could do for customers. They will end up selling that dress for the retail price of what i was going to pay to someone else anyways. So, instead of a 539.00 dress, they'll make an extra 200.00 bc they will not give any deposits back or a store credit. 539.00 turns into a 739.00 dress. I have 2 other kids that will be going to prom, and guess who isn't giving them my business? ME! I will take my money elsewhere. I know I'm not the only one they've done this too. All in all, I WOULDN'T recommend ANYONE to use this place. STEER CLEAR! read more

Never ever go here!!! WORST BRIDAL EXPERIENCE EVER!! First off, the women here have no clue what they are doing when measuring you!! The dresses our bridesmaids got were strapless and had lace, they gave us sleeved dresses to try on for "size purposes" that in no way, shape, or form, matched the type of dress we were ordering. So, we all ordered LARGER than what they told us to order because we didn't trust it. We received dresses that were completely wrong first time (wrong colors) and has to send them back. FINALLY, we received our dresses 2 weeks before the wedding and all of the dresses are WAY TOO SMALL!!! None of us girls have gained weight. They simply would not Listen to us when they were measuring us! I will never go back! I'll also be posting a picture of how off the dresses are size wise! Completely awful! And Genos in no way, shape or form wants to fix them. They "don't do alterations" and have no responsibility for the mismeasurments!!!!! OBSURD!! So now all of the girls are -$160 and have no dresses for the wedding!!!! read more

I wish there was an option to not have any stars... this was the worse experience I have ever had in a store ever. The women working there were not welcoming or friendly at all we were the only people in the store and I felt ignored and also as if we were bothering them very rude. I had visited the store to rent formal wear for my son and It was a horrible experience I felt like they were a bit discriminatory we are a African American family and they seemed disgusted by us but yet other guest came in after of different ethnicity and they were taken care of right away with no problems no wait and smiles on their faces very upsetting I decided to get the suit even in spite of because my son feel in love with a blue suit in particular and I spent OVER 200 dollars for a rental which I thought was completely outrageous!!!!!!! I will NEVER NEVER shop there again for ANY REASON !!!!!! and I would never recommend to anyone else either read more
