He asked me a few questions and suggested we scan my feet, followed by backup measurements for cross-reference. Based on the results, he recommended a few different shoes and brought them out for me to try. Wow! I've never felt in a shoe exactly what Geo described, but the difference from my old, basic shoes was undeniable. While this was the most I've ever spent on footwear, I ended up buying two pairs in different colors. I paid with a debit card and was told first that they don't know how long it would take to get my money back. Then after I told them that their website states 10-14 days the guy then goes "yeah it's going to be 15 BUSINESS days. That is unacceptable. I paid with debit, so I should've been able to get cash back. However, the guy working said "nope we can only refund it as a credit".... 15 business days is 3 weeks. Absolutely asinine and completely unacceptable!!!
