I ended up coming to this store and let's just say I was HIGHLY AMAZED!! Aesthetically- this store is beautiful; well lit, clothes organized, mannequins well dressed, there was really nothing bad I could say about this store. I was greeted upon walking in, asked several times if I needed help - and it wasn't intrusive. Everyone was super helpful and the clothes were very stylish and trendy. The only one thing that I've noticed (especially since I've been to a few Nike factory stores in a few different states) is that the prices here at this store were a bit higher than other stores that I've been too. However, that could've very well been Georgia, the stores in NC were a little cheaper. There's a fitting room, a sitting section - to be honest this looks like a brand new store. In general, she says she always finds something that's good quality and a good value, and customer service is good. She described Nordstrom Rack as, "like a higher-end T.J. Maxx." Some examples of items she's purchased here include Stuart Weitzman shoes (her wedding shoes; they're beautiful), Madewell sweaters and T-shirts (lots of T-shirts), a French Connection sweater, a Theory dress (one of my favorites; she's worn it to my company's holiday party and to one of her company's events), and NEST New York scented candles (they smell good). Another reason she likes Nordstrom Rack is because she can return both Nordstrom Rack and regular Nordstrom items. Convenient. During our last visit, employee Marquis was fantastic. At checkout, my wife didn't know her Nordstrom credit card expired. Marquis got her on the phone with someone who helped her take care of everything. She was still able to get her Nordy Club points and Notes (loyalty rewards). This Nordstrom Rack is located in Buckhead, just off Georgia 400 Exit 2, near Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza. It's in Buckhead Station, a two-story shopping center. On the weekends, Buckhead Station gets crowded and there are longer lines at Nordstrom Rack. During peak times, I suggest parking on the lower level where there is plenty of parking and no congestion. This Nordstrom Rack opened in 2010. It's the only Nordstrom Rack inside the perimeter.

I was enthusiastically greeted upon entering the store and received concierge service! I had so much fun with all the gals, trying on the options they brought to me and modeling the results. I walked out with three super cute tops that I could wear at my new job. I am definitely going back and plan to make this a part of my friend's itinerary when they come to visit from out of state.
