My compliment is for Quinton in Customer Service...not at the store…read more After shopping at the Columbus location, I had to return a pair of shoes that were too tight, I noticed their ad for SHOE PERKS and inquired about it. The cashier pulled out a Membership Enrollment card and told me a little about it. I put it in my purse and continued with the transaction. When I get home I try to enroll the card and their system tells me the card number is invalid. So I call the number provided and speak with Quinton who enters all the info for me. Upon doing so, he noticed my info had already been added under a different card number. He stated the store already set me up, but there were no purchases. I told him I'd purchased $200 in shoes and should have some points on that account already. After looking at my receipt, I noticed a perks number at the top. I read them off to him and he confirmed that was the number registered. I was a bit pissed at that point because the initial cashier never mentioned anything about their perks program and took it upon herself to add it without my permission, but the points were missing. Quinton quickly resolved the situation by adding the $ amount I'd spent, the points I should've received PLUS an additional 50 points for new members. Although disappointed in how the store handled this rewards thing, Quinton helped to satisfy my angst by realizing and correcting the problem.

I was notified by email that my order was in, when I arrived at the store, the ladies at the register told me they had been holding my order for days and so it went back into stock on the floor. They tried to charge me again for my items and not at the online price but full price at that. They justified this by stating that even though the glitch in the notification system is not uncommon, I should have known my shoes were in...riggghhhttt...makes sense...it took the region manager to fix the issue on their phone and customer service in my phone....I won't be returning to this store if you have to get their own customer service to let the store know it's idea of customer service is lacking

I was told this shop was the best place to get shoes refreshed. When I picked up my six shoes, the leather uppers were scuffed, there was glue on the leather, the new rubber soles had residual glue not wiped off, and had been cut a little too much. I took them back and waited in the lobby for them. I imagine whoever worked on them was in a rush, tired or blind because the shoes came back looking pretty much the same. I didn't bother asking to finish the shoe as it was already pointless with my two attempts at getting the shoes decent. I would never recommend this place to anyone if you have a pair of shoes you really love. Terrible experience. I do not recommend.

The last time I visited I was told they had been painting and weren't officially open. So my question today is, "Why is it so hard to keep an 8.5-9 shoe size?"
