I was asking questions and she was like it was part of the contract and then she said OK. I'm gonna hang up now. All I wanted was an explanation of the contract, but she did not give that to me and just decided to hang up instead of actually explaining the question I was asking.

I took them back and waited in the lobby for them. I imagine whoever worked on them was in a rush, tired or blind because the shoes came back looking pretty much the same. I didn't bother asking to finish the shoe as it was already pointless with my two attempts at getting the shoes decent.
