When I picked up my six shoes, the leather uppers were scuffed, there was glue on the leather, the new rubber soles had residual glue not wiped off, and had been cut a little too much. I took them back and waited in the lobby for them. I imagine whoever worked on them was in a rush, tired or blind because the shoes came back looking pretty much the same. I didn't bother asking to finish the shoe as it was already pointless with my two attempts at getting the shoes decent. I would never recommend this place to anyone if you have a pair of shoes you really love. Terrible experience. I do not recommend.

Pac Sun at Peachtree Mall (Store 290) is a clean, well laid out and good looking store with a courteous and responsive staff that seems to generally WANT to help you out. Benning they also have a permanent military discount policy (10-15% depending on transaction amount). Additionally the brad reps are knowledgeable and can help you pick out a single item or an entire outfit. I was paying for several things I do not use, my Apple Watch having its own cellular plan being one of them. I had absolutely no clue what I was paying for as she gave me no paperwork whatsoever. This was my first time opening my own line as a 20 year old single mother, my bill was $210 as she had it set up with all the things she offered and I had declined, it is now $175 along with either having to continue to pay for my watch to have its own line or completely paying the watch off. After realizing all that Mrs. Ayanna, we immediately looked into my grandma's plan, in which she was also responsible for setting up, and noticed that the same tweaks have been made in order for her to make more on commission.
