At one point they had a 3rd worker come from the back from stocking I believe to help. It got pretty busy but not once did they make anyone feel like they were taking too long. With 30 minutes to close, 3 of the 6 stores I called did not answer the phone, and 2 turned away my business. I am so grateful for Wyatt and Brandon at Shoe Palace T-012 because they literally did everything in their power to make sure I was able to get a replacement pair of shoes before the mall locked its doors. Not only did they answer my call at 7:41 PM, but they stayed on the phone with me until 7:56 PM (4 minutes left to closing), patiently listening to my situation, accommodating my requests, and helping me match a shoe they had in stock with my size and preference. At 8:13 PM, I was walking out of the mall with a new pair of Nikes. I couldn't have asked for a more reliable customer service team to help me with a last-minute transaction when I needed it most.
