I've found that their active wear prices have drastically increased yet the quality remains the same which is mediocre. This store in particular had a clearance active wear section so I didn't feel as bad when I chose a few items because at the clearance price it felt like the right price if that makes sense. They also had some active tanks on sale for $8. Yet to my surprise when checking out I was informed that my coupon couldn't be applied to clearance and that the tanks weren't $8 but rather $11.89. ::SIGH:: I luckily had a hunch this would happen and took pics of the signage that was on ALL of the tanks and then the cashier believed me.....a total waste of my time even venturing in yet it re-solidified why I am not an Old Navy shopper. PS- this store in particular always looks a wreck which I can't understand because with only one cashier at the checkout the other employees should be straightening the overall presentation of the store. We were told it was medical uniforms and other things like that, not the school uniforms. Today I had reason to go here. I sought a lab coat to wear during science lessons. I used to have one, but have no idea what became of that. In I went. The help was very helpful. There were three of them and only one of me. I explained what I wanted and they understood that I did not need the Cadillac (is that a dated reference?) of lab coats. The sizing of the style I got seems a bit off as I do not wear the size I purchased, but that's fine; it fits. We discussed embroidery. The guy who does that was there and was helpful in explaining what most do. We easily arrived at agreement as to what shall be done. I paid and will pick up the coat tomorrow. I am pleased with the service.
