Today was the day my daughter dreamed of since she was a little girl. The appointment was made weeks earlier. While our consultant did her best, the overall experience was a little sad. The bride and her 3 person entourage were escorted to a small dingy dressing room. The consultant would hand us gowns and it was our responsibility to help the bride in/out of gowns. We were told that because of Covid, it was our responsibility to dress the bride. (I am told that other salons do not operate like this.). No reveal for anyone. We did not get any expertise from the consultant regarding the proper silhouette. It was just an assembly line of gowns in and out of the room. It felt like we took a trip to Marshals or Ross to try on wedding dresses! read more

This shop is amazing. I came in with my mom and aunt, two lady's with a lot to say about everything. But the sales girls did a great job listening to everything we had to say and my family loved Rienzi! I didn't plan to find my wedding dress but the very 1st dress was the winner! I tried on other dresses and styles but nothing could compare to the first dress. Over all the whole staff was amazing, nice, and helpful. They made shopping for my dress easy and fun, that I had to Say Yes to that dress! Plus they were able was to choose the perfect add-on's and were able to come up with quick fixes for any worries I had about the dress. read more

My wife has been a patron of this place for years. Recently, I had my first direct experience with them. My daughter had her first communion veil made here. I was asked to pick it up. I had the receipt. Expensive! I gather I am just a guy and don't understand how such little fabric can costs $60. Anyhow, when I walked in on Thursday afternoon, the place was hopping. I was surprised by that. I handed my receipt to a young girl and explained I wanted to pick up the veil. She immediately sought help from an older woman. I came to think this woman was the owner. There were several questions, most I was unable to answer intelligently, about the veil. The gist of it was that they couldn't find the veil. Grrrr . . . I called home to get further instructions from my boss. While I was on the phone, they found the veil. Apparently, it was mis-filed. All were pleasant, but I was a bit unnerved by the whole thing. My wife swears by them and they came through. I understand mistakes can be made and it really was only a few minutes before it was found. The veil is pretty. Anyone want to purchase it? It's only been worn once. read more

Amazing! From the moment I walked in and ordered the brides maid dress to the fitting! They helped me find the dress the bride wanted me to order, got it in within two months and when I tried it on they were so knowledgeable! They made it versatile and made me feel so comfortable in it. I can't talk these women up enough! Needless to say I will definitely be returning! read more

I don't know what happened to my review but here is another one. Took my daughter to find a wedding gown. Was put in the back among the few gowns they have. No mirrors where we were. She comes out in an over-sized gown with no bridal clips. No mirror for her to look into. No stand to stand on. I felt like she was walking out of Boscovs dressing room. She was literally holding up the gown herself. The woman did not present the gown the way it should have. I had to fluff out the gown. One gown she came out in should have had a petticoat. It just hung off of her. Was a very poor visit. I was sorry we had such a poor experience. read more

I made an appointment with Leslie, and the whole experience was so enjoyable. I loved the first dress I tried on, but Leslie continued to bring different dresses to the fitting room to make sure I tried a variety of styles and materials. They have such a wide selection of newer styles! Once she knew my taste, she brought in dresses she thought I might like, and helped narrow down the search. She was very professional and offered a lot of suggestions that only someone with a lot of experience could offer. The store has expanded, so there is a lot of space for groups now. They also have a great reputation for alterations! read more

I had the greatest experience here taking my bridesmaids and maid of honor to find their dresses. I chose this salon based off the designers they carried. When we walked in, I felt welcomed, and not pressured at all. The staff stood back while my girls and I went through every rack, and pulled a ton of dresses. Each dress we pulled they were right there taking it off our hands and into a dressing room. They were there to answer every question we had. Not only did we find the perfect dresses but they were SO reasonable. I was shocked. I'm at the age where I have multiple friends getting engaged and married, and I will definitely be recommending this salon to all of them! read more

Definitely NOT a good experience! This small community bridal salon did not live up to my expectations of a hometown salon where one would anticipate individualized and quality service. Purchased a maid of honor gown here for my sister's wedding, first experience was not bad at all. We were shown about 8 different style gowns, all in different colors. My sister stated she was looking for a champagne gown, so once we chose the style...we were shown a swatch card and the sales women pointed to a small fabric swatch and stated it was champagne. A few months go by and I go in to the salon to pick up my dress, it looked off to me in the store...but even more off when I got it home and placed it next to everything that had been purchased for the wedding in Champagne. I went back into the store and showed the owner the dress and the other items which were champagne, and was pretty much told it was my problem, that's what my sister picked. She then proceeded to rip gowns off the racks and toss them on the counter, stating...this is champagne in this gown, and this is champagne in that gown...and on and on if you get my drift. So basically, the point I felt she made...was that she is supposed to be the professional in dress sales, if she knew there were so many different shades of one color...wouldn't it be wise to show several to the bride, rather than push one swatch in her face and say, "this is champagne"? So I kindly thanked her for her time and left that day with my dress...my dress, which was obviously larger than life in a wonderfully horrid TAUPE! So I had to purchase another dress from a different salon, because at this point, there was no way I was dealing with this lady, there was no effort on her part to provide customer satisfaction, not even when I offered to take a dress in the store for an even swap that was of the right shade. She threw up her arms and scoffed! So much for wonderful customer service. So, I patiently waited until my sister's wedding was over and I voiced my issue with a larger power, to which she took forever to respond. In the interim, my sister received a phone call from the owner, who proceeded to tell my sister that her store was broken into and then she proceeded to say to my sister, how would she feel about her giving my name ? I have to laugh at this, kind of like she was attempting to nicely hint that I should drop the issue. Sorry Rienzi's Bridal Salon, I don't care what you do, as long as you back the quality of your service and your item. I have to scoff at such a pathetic attempt on her part. First of all, she should have called me directly and discussed the matter with me, especially since I was kind enough to even offer a complete return of her merchandise and only take half a refund, and stated I would take half the responsibility for the dress being the wrong shade, only since I did look at her tiny 3 inch swatch. We took her professional opinion and what we thought was expertise on her part and got the shade she took 3 seconds to point out as champagne. Well...needless to say...I have learned a sad lesson from this, I may think twice about shopping at the small town business man in the future, only because one person thinks they are the end all to end all...any reputable business would have made a much better effort at resolution from the beginning, not scoffed at the customer and run around tossing dresses on the counter!!! So I will say....please buyer beware!!! read more

My experience today at Rienzi was not a pleasant one. I've never been to a store where the sales person did not ask me what I was interested in or even showed me anything. She toldme where the bridal selection was and I had to fend for myself. Don't get me wrong, at times a nagging sales person can me annoying, but sheesh it's your job to inquire what the customer's needs are. She allowed me to try on the gowns, but again, no assistance. She did not offer me a strapless bra, nor did she zip/lace the gown do I could get the full effect. Most bridal stores that I've been to, the practically follow you into the dressing room to make sure you're not only putting the dress on correctly, but to make sure there's no damage. Once I realized I could not get the full effects from the gown, I decided to leave. Upon me leaving, the same "sales" person did not aske how did things go or even push for a sale. Great prices, HORRIBLE customer service. read more
