Visited this store after going to the one in Downey. They recommended coming here because the shoe wanted was only in stock at this location. Anyway, the wrong price was attached to the shoe horn so the cashier proceeded to YELL at my BF "Can you read?" Shoving the horn in his face! I intervened and asked for the Manager and she said she was the Manager, I asked for her name and she refused! I won't be coming back. They need new management and training! Horrible horrible experience do not come here! I was in there for more than 30 min and no one asked me if i needed help in anything, aside from that i asked this one girl with faded light purple hair if she could help me she said hold up ima clock in im in brake and i told her okay thats fine..... im still waiting and waiting and 30 min pass and she never came back horrible customer service. When the shoes are released, they don't have a good set up. That man lives upstairs and puts chairs out at night then sells them the next morning. He doesn't even sit on them. He sold 5 chairs that day. I asked the lady if he can do that and she said yes that shoe palace doesn't care. She also has a terrible attitude, I've tried calling and she clicks. I love this place people here are very friendly. Came in to get a gift for my 19 year old son And I had no clue on what to get him, But Jose Perez helped me find the perfect one at no time he was very kind and helpful... The store is clean and with nice shoes and clothing... But mainly the employees that give the store a good atmosphere... HORRIBLE experience. My cousin attempted to go in and get a refund and was LIED to and told that the there wasn't enough money to complete his return (upon store opening.) The shoes we had we were able to find elsewhere with the correct size so we wanted our refund. When attempting to speak to the employee over the phone she was very rude and stand-off ish. Explaining to me that the register only had 100$ in which I know not to be true given I have never had this experience at any other shoe palace location. After attempting to call back multiple times she REFUSED my calls although not having any other customers at the store. Blatantly ignoring my calls. I understand returns aren't good for business HOWEVER TAKKNG CARE OF THE CUSTOMER SHOULD ALWAYS BE A PRIORITY REGARDLESS of the interaction/outcome involved.
