Did she even pay for the item?". She then came to me with an attitude saying she had no idea where my order was and had no explanation for why it's not there. When I pointed to the merchandise behind the counter she said those weren't for me. I told her how unfair it was that other people had their merchandise ready for pick up and mine was nowhere to be found even though it was paid for, confirmed, and "ready for pick up". All she kept saying was that she had no idea what to tell me and kept insisting to buy a different item or get a refund. I told her I didn't want any of those options & wanted the item I had already purchased. She was NO help and made the situation worse.
