Needed a new pair of "kicks" since the ones I bought recently from WSS are hurting after a few hours. Found something that would work (it's on sale) and of course none in my size. Tried another pair and flagged someone and it's the same thing, the demo is 1/2 size down so I figured at least try it, nope! Found a 3rd pair, guy went into the back for a few minutes then came back with nothing. I gave up after that. I get the ones on sale are limited in stock but even the regular price ones are limited in size, what gives?? Overall, our shopping experience was bad. Majority of the employees have a bad attitude. It took over 20 minutes to bring us a a pair of shoes, just for them to be the wrong size.There were many workers and not that many people, so I have no clue why it took so long. I wouldn't say it was too busy when we stopped in, however there was 2 employees and enough customers that were waiting around to be helped. They also took quite a while to go in the back to get shoes. While waiting, the employee actually gave one pair of the shoe we wanted to another customer by accident. They left the store..she didn't communicate anything to us, she just smiled, talked to the other employee and finally said, we're looking for it." But what does that mean? Where is it? Mean while, other customers are lining up trying to be patient. We waited, but nothing was being communicated to us. I was in need of shoes for the kids going back to school. My son saw a pair he liked and when he asked for his size, the worker left us hanging. We waited 20 minutes for them to come back with his size, they never did. Meanwhile, seven employees were in the small store twiddling their thumbs. One was folding and couldn't be bothered to step away from their task for two seconds. There were two customers at the counter, and one employee was helping them. The rest of the employees couldn't be bothered. They're too busy playing security staring at anything but customers. Not worth my patronage. read more

After coming from a horrible experience at Dickies, we honestly weren't in the mood to shop anymore. It was closing time and we noticed Shoe Palace still with their doors open, music blasting and associates at the door inviting customers passing by to come in and do some last minute shopping. Their positive energy was such a wonderful change, we decided to go in. The staff were so warm and friendly. You can tell they really enjoy themselves. I'm giving this location two stars because the current manager, Jannett, who has a septum piercing and curly, blue-dyed hair, was down right rude. We had bought a pair of Jordan's and has asked her if the shoes in the box were straight from the back and unworn (so not a display shoe) or not. She just gave us straight attitude. Take the words she said alone and it doesn't sound bad, the problem is that her tone of voice was uncaring and aggravated. As if asking a question like that was somehow too much for her. She could have easily went and found the employee who has grabbed the shoes and asked them, but no. Instead, she made us wait for about ten minutes standing the smirking with her arms crossed. In any business, customer service is key, but with THAT attitude as a manager, I can't imagine why people would ever come back to this location. read more

The employees aren't helpful. The women's selection is lacking and significantly smaller than the men's. I thought maybe the men's selection is so big because a lot of the shoes could be considered unisex but the smallest they carry in the men's sections is a men's size 8 women's size 9.5. I went to the South Outlet location for an exchange! Upon entering the store I was immediately greeted. I was helped by Million at the register. He checked to see if they had the size I needed. Unfortunately, they were sold out of my size but Million immediately offered to check other stores and have them put it on hold for me. He also offered to help me find something similar. I let him know I was going to browse. He said to let him know if I had any questions about any shoes. As I was browsing the store I was approached by several employees checking if I needed help! One of the best shoe buying experience I ever had! When I first walked into the store the employee named Zekiah approached me with a big smile and asked if I needed any help. Me being a bigger shoe size, it's hard to find shoes that I like in my size. And the ones that I came for were not in stock. However Zekiah suggested to me a different shoe brand that may be in my size 13. I usually ONLY buy Nike shoes. I told him about my past foot injury and how I'm very picky with shoes and needed good arch support for my foot. Right away he had a great suggestion for me to try on, Puma and I was hesitant. But he was funny and had a very professional demeanor. And The Puma Shoe Palace Collab was the best fit. right when I tried this on my foot pain went away. Roughly a year ago, I came in to one of your store locations in Las Vegas, Nevada, at the South Premium Outlet Mall. I was hoping to buy a certain pair of shoes that was being displayed the weekend prior. However, I was not entirely sure if I was going to commit to buying (although I knew that I would end up doing so) the shoes, so I brought someone in with me to give their opinion. To our dismay the shoe was no longer on display. I asked an associate if they were discontinued or sold out in store. She then proceeded to ask for my size as if they had them in store still, and I then told her that I was not sure about the purchase yet, but I wanted to show the person that I was with. The associate's whole attitude changed when I said that, and became rude and hostile. She had then proceeded to tell me that they suddenly did not have the shoe in stock. This whole situation was mind boggling to me. The main issue that I had with the customer service was the way that she had gone about the situation. She could have had a completely different attitude with me but the fact that she had still chose to be cold and hostile with me is incredible. There was an associate next to her that just stood there without saying anything. She treated me as if I did not know anything about shoes, when in fact I know a lot more than she would think. Regardless of that fact, I did not appreciate how demeaning she was with me and the individual that I was with. Even just walking into the store I did not feel welcomed, instead I felt severely judged. As I stated previously, I am a sneaker lover, but this experience does not make me want to return to this specific shoe palace. The other locations in Las Vegas were amazing. They actually helped me, but somehow the bad experience outweighed the good ones. It only takes one time to ruin an individual's experience or even perspective. Even after leaving the store in complete annoyance, I asked the person that I was with if they noticed the inappropriate attitude, and they did. Absolute worst customer service ever. Went to the store on 11/4 to purchase a pair of og air Max 95s. When we walked in the 3 sale associates were too busy dancing to greet anyone walking in. I walked over to the air Max section and found the shoe I'm looking for, again no one asked if I needed help. I tried the shoe on and looked in the mirror, again no one greeted me or asked if I need a size. I put the shoe back on the wall and walked to the kids section to look for a shoe for my kids and finally someone coming out the back room clocking out finally asked me if I needed help. At this point I decided to go elsewhere and purchase these shoes. As I was walking out, I guess the 'manager' asked if I saw anything in the store. Maybe if the store focused on customer service vs dancing, I would've purchased some shoes for the family. I highly doubt I will ever come back to this store after this experience. read more
