It's hard to judge factory store locations based on what they have available at the time, as it's always changing and heavily based on what returns they get, or what models are getting moved to their stores. That said, I found the selection at the time to not be impressive. I look almost exclusively for Jordan's, particularly retros, and did not find a single one in the men's or toddler sections (which is unusual in my experience at factory stores). The women's section wasn't MUCH better, but I did find a pair of recently released Jordan 4's that I picked up for my wife. Something important to note, is that if you find a shoe that you like that isn't in your size, you should ABSOLUTELY ask an employee to check the back. read more

This was a great shopping experience. The store is large and clean and well organized. The selection is excellent for both shoes and athletic apparel. I love that all the shoe sizes are there in boxes, so no need to ask someone to bring a size from the back. They have full priced shoes as well as reduced price shoes and bargain basement clearance shoes. The staff are always floating around and able to help as needed. They always seem to have one or two police officers at the front which is both reassuring and curious. Overall, this store is a worth a visit for your Nike fix! read more

Very disappointed in my experience at Nike Unit in Henderson, NV. My boyfriend has been a NIke member since 2013 spending thousands with Nike just in this year alone and I myself a member since 2021. We went in to look at hoodies and I went to see what sneakers they had. I came across the Air Jordon Satin Bred 1's sneakers. Red is my fave color and this would have been my first pair of Jordons. I wear a size 9 and grabbed the only size 9 they had. I immediately noticed how dirty they were. The bottoms were dirty, because they were pre worn and oil stains on the quarter panel on there'd satin outside of the shoe and they were laced indicating that they were worn , black scuff marks on the white sole and a. Clearly that they been worn we were advised by an Nike employee who confirmed the damaged sneakers and to ask the manager due to them being the only pair left in the store We proceeded to go to the front of the store to make our purchase. I inquired if they could do anything else for the shoe. The cashier called his manager / coach Leanne. I showed her the shoe so she could see how dirty / damaged it was. You could tell they were purchased, worn and returned. Leanne immediately said no staying the sneakers. were already 30% off and she wasn't going to offer any further discount. She said they could try to clean the sole but they would be able to clean the black scuff mark off the satin as it would come off. All of the shoes were 30% off. I wasn't looking for a free shoe, but why should I pay the same price someone else would have paid to get a new, clean, unworn shoe with the same discount. If that was the case I could have gone thrifting. If she had offered an additional 10% off final sale, I would have taken it. Instead of seeing the big picture Leanne made the choice to not be helpful, make excuses why the shoe was dirty/damaged, and let a $300 shoe sale go. Remember my boyfriend and I were going to get matching sneakers. Now even with her rudeness we still purchased our hoodies totaling $100. Working in the hospitality industry I look at service. The team members were nice. We were greeted and Tristen asked if we needed any help and answered my question regarding long sleeve tees. Leanne could learn from her team. On a service level what would it have been to offer an additional 10%. She could have had a happy customer and made a moment for me but she chose not to. I want Nike to make this right. I walked in to do a return and got into the line labeled reruns. Waited for a while go to the front an the lady says sorry you need to get into the regular line. I explained I've been waiting for a while and your line is labeled returns. She said yes but since we're getting busy you have to go the the regular line. What is that? I came here last night to exchange a pair of sneakers i got online that didnt fit! i called in to ask a worker what i need to do an online exchange. the girls name was carmina, she did a great job helping me prepare my exchange over the phone so when i came in it would be a breeze making the return! sure enough when i got to the store she helped me and it took about two mins just to verify my info and the exchange was completed! she was very friendly and helpful :-) I then after, decided to take a look around the store, and i found so many nice items !! from shoes to clothing for great prices! they have a great selection of nike gear and shoes that you will def find something for everyone in the family for an affordable price !!! i highly recommend this location they provide excellent customer service and have a great selection to choose from! Would give 0 stars if possible, I was literally the only customer in line, about to check out when the employee with braids left and clocked out when I was clearly the last person. This eastern location is definitely not the outlet store but it has some great sales too! They won't be priced as low as the outlet stores but that doesn't mean you can't get a great deal out of it! They have a pretty great selection on clothes for both men and women. They even have a small section for kids and even toddler shoes. We were hoping to buy some baby shoes for our little one but they didn't have too many options. The store is clean and the staff are attentive. The staff are helpful without being up in your face every 2 minutes! Which we like because it's definitely hard to shop when someone is constantly following you around! I love this location! I always find really good deals and the staff is super friendly. They usually have specials like the other outlets where you get an additional percentage off and sometimes they have special offers on the bottom of your receipt to fill out a survey for a coupon. On Black Friday they were open super early and had 40% off the entire store! I always skip the regular price Nike stores or online and check here first! One thing I have noticed is, they tend to lock their doors a little early at night so this isn't a place you can run in the last five minutes they are open to grab something. read more

For an outlet location, I was less than impressed by the prices and selection. Discounts are comparable to a sale going on at the regular store, but with less selection. There are some discrepancies with pricing- a tag will state the MSRP, but the store sale sticker will say the "regular" price is higher, which makes their "sale" price look more attractive. Limited stock of accessories available, not a single large sports bra in the entire store- selection was mostly S and XS, unfortunately. The Nike brand compression pants are great, but the fun patterns seem to be limited to one or two pairs of each type for the entire store. Service was pretty nonexistent. I browsed the entire store, saw a few staff members, none addressed me in any way. Store is super clean though and the location itself is huge. Hi, my name is Cathy Crazypants and I'm a Nike and Lululemon addict. I was in the area and I honestly wasn't expecting to buy more gym clothes or shoes - like I need more. But I do stalk their website at least every week to check the latest stuff and items on sale. So, when I saw this building from where I was at - I was hypnotized and I just couldn't stop myself. I got there 30 minutes before they opened which is at 10am. I was ogling some colorful pants and tops on their window display. Significant damage will be done, I could feel it! I attempted to open the door again at 9:55am - it was unlocked! I was greeted by the sales associates and I felt like I was just floating - moving from one rack to another; browsing and grabbing shirts, tank tops, pants, sports bras, shoes and accessories. Colors, prints...I just went on autopilot with a freaky smile on my face. A sales associate took my shopping bag and shoe boxes to the counter for me as my hands could no longer grab more stuff. I was mighty impressed by how organized everything was, especially the shoes. Everything was perfectly aligned, stacked and placed in appropriate shelves. People with OCD must work here and I love it! I've been looking for a pair of all black running shoes, red shoes, blue tank top for months - they have them all! It was just meant to be. Some styles are from 8 months ago and there are some that are still relatively current. But I don't know anybody else who's as obsessed about gym clothes and shoes as I am so buying the most current style doesn't matter. They're nice, they fit, BUY! I ended up with 5 tank tops, a shirt and 2 pairs of shoes for only $243! That's definitely a steal! I had no idea this place was pretty much right around the corner from my house! Its located south of Silverado Ranch Blvd on Eastern, pretty much behind the Discount Tires and south of Target. The store is immaculate and very spacious, but set up quite well. I came in here yesterday looking for a new pair of shoes, hoping not to break the bank. I was pleasantly surprised at the prices and selection they had available! You had plenty of options of good shoes starting from 39.95 and up! Not too bad at all!...or at least a lot better than I had myself braced for! Also, they had a TON of clearance shoes to choose from as well! A lot more than any other shoe store I've been to in recent memory. They started from 24.95 and up. Of course, you have plenty of Nike gear available besides shoes, such as shirts, workout gear, sandals, etc. Plus checkout was quick, painless and the young lady checking me out was friendly and pleasant as well. The only thing that annoyed me was they tell you to fill out an online survey at home to get a $5 off coupon on your next purchase. I did the survey, but never received the coupon! Lame! I purchased an item at a Nike store on 3/28 and on 4/6 I tried to return the item. I was told I couldn't return my item even though I have an electronic receipt. In reviewing my receipt it states that I could return my item at any Nike locations within 60 days from purchase. The managers would not accept my return. I am very disappointed with this Nike store. A hidden gem located off of Eastern Ave. When I am in Vegas, I tend to do all my shopping due to the many outlet stores. This is one of my favorites. Not just because it is Nike but because it is away from all the tourist outlets located in the outlet malls around Las Vegas. This store is just as big as the North and South premium stores but much less crowded. They seem to have all the same selection just less people to navigate through. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. Whether finding sizes that are not on the shelf or explaining the differences between the different style clothing. They are always around to help. Also, when checking out, the line is short or not at all. Bonus! read more

Normally upon entering most retail outlet type stores it's hard to find an employee for assistance, and once you find them and happen to look into their eyes it appears their soul is being crushed with each minute they remain clocked in. Also their understanding of their inventory is often limited, and they have little connection to the product or brand they are affiliated with. This is the opposite everytime I come here. I get offered assistance multiple times while walking around. When trying on sports bras they even told be they do fittings to know your size. The individuals helping with the shoes know the brand well, and could point out other shoes with similar bottoms that I liked. They even went out of their way to pick out some that might work for my needs in the men's section. I feel like the people working there love the brand they are selling, and are customers themselves. They also keep the store organized and clean. Its nice to have helpful sales people who also in no way feel pushy. The Nike outlet at the outlet mall on las Vegas Blvd happens to have a larger inventory, however at this eastern store you don't have to deal with the stress of the huge crowds, so for me that tends to bring me here first. Some of the inventory is still a bit pricey, bit I also end up just buying shoes, which tend to be fairly reasonable unless they just got them in. read more
