The staff is usually well attentive while you're shopping and explains all the current sales. Typically the selections of New Balance sneakers are extensive. Their shoes are very comfortable and offer regular and wide options. The deals here are consistently great. Some weekends 50% off or sometimes they offer buy 1 get 1 one 50% off. Each time we visit I find new stylist sneakers and apparel on display and available for purchase. It gets pretty crowded in here on busy weekends, but it's expected. Overall, this location is a must visit for me since I enjoy New Balance's catalog of selection. There's deals just in time for the holidays. ( ^_^)b

If anyone had been to the Fairfax location before, they will find that the valet parking they have for West Hollywood is a game changer. No more stressing for parking. No more trying to decipher the parking signs or feeding the meters. The valet attendants are cool too... If they say the lot is full, its full... keep it moving. The store itself is spacious, bright and clean. Artwork by Mark Gonzales is always awesome to see in person. Gonz por vida... The way to get in is orderly. There are often still lines but that is to be expected because Supreme's popularity has not waned. Employees at the shop have always been and continue to be friendly and super helpful. I will always appreciate that. The weekly drops are still a draw for the tees, fleece and cut & sew items. And we all know each week has accessories whose collaborations and cobranding seem to be possible only by Supreme. Big fan of the new location. Tower Records forever.
