Well, I can definitely say that I'm glad I did! The store was (obviously) full of all kinds of shoes, most of which were old-fashioned, but a few of which were new-school and from the 21st century. They had mainly dress shoes made of leather, but also some high-quality work boots and tennis shoes. I loved looking at all of the cool machines, none of which I had ever seen before! All of the staff members were very nice, and let me get a close-up look at them working their craft. The lady who cut my keys was very nice as well, and was kind enough to chat with me about the store for a few minutes. It's been over two weeks, and not only did they not fix the purse, they somehow "lost" it for days and never once called to update me. I had to keep calling and stopping by just to get any kind of answer. When I finally went in person, the purse was right there untouched, sitting exactly how I left it. No repairs, no effort, no communication. Then, to make things worse, the woman at the counter tried to act like it was my fault. The lack of professionalism and common courtesy was honestly unbelievable. They might be fine when it comes to repairing shoes, but they clearly have no clue what they're doing with purses and even less when it comes to customer service. This was supposed to be something thoughtful for someone I care about, and instead, it was a complete disappointment. I was concern there might be issues removing and reattaching the double set of trim at the bottom of the sleeve. As you can see from the photos, they did an excellent job!
