OMG. Couldn't be happier with these guys. I was on the fence about bothering to repair my Birkenstocks, since I had gotten one quote for $80 and I can buy a new pair for $100-135. But the amount that I spent to replace the outsole, repair the cork, add a rubber wedge to cut down on further deterioration, and clean the hell out of the shoes was TOTALLY worth it. I may wind up having the same pair of Birks for the rest of my life if these guys are always able to fix them up. Job very well done! read more

I took a spendy pair of boots to the shoe shop to have a zipper replaced and resole the heel etc. the work was very well done. The prices were fair. And the service was exceptional! Additionally, they bugged them out and conditioned them. Overall a great experience and well worth every penny. Me and my boots are happy :) 2's up!! I have come twice so far with two separate pairs of shoes. Always left very happy. My first pair the zipper was broken and I was needing for a trip out of the country, they were fixed and ready for pick up in plenty of time. I went to this place based upon their Yelp rating. It has been a long time since I found a quality shoe repair / shoe shine place that I felt like I got my moneys worth. Yes I spent $15 per pair for the polish and conditioning of each pair but they look fantastic. My shoes are worth quite a bit and now look like new. It is not an exaggeration. Now I have new looking shoes that are already broken. The customer service was also worth 5 stars. I will tell everybody about this place. read more

About a year ago I brought two pairs of dress boots in for full sole and heal replacement. The boots were in pretty bad shape after my having worn them daily throughout the winter for many years. They did a wonderful job putting on new soles and heels - they are much higher quality than the originals and they look great! They also polished the boots so they look like new. After a year the repairs are still holding up very well. I've been very satisfied with their service, and I plan on having them replace the soles on my hiking boots next. read more

I took a pair of pricey dress shoes in that had been water stained by a puddle I accidentally stepped in. They were able to blend the color with the stain, and make the damage very, very minimal. Very impressed! Great job. Great pricing as well. read more

I have a favorite pair of LL Bean Bison loafers that I have had resoled several times with Vibram - for the past two years, all the local shoe repair shops either told me they can't get the Vibram anymore or had wanted more for the repair than the shoes cost new. I was so pleased to find Guillermo - he did a beautiful job with the soles and also rejuvenated the natural leather (no one had done that before) - the shoes look great! This is the BEST..... shoes repair using high quality. I come in just want to repair the small sole. The buckle broke on my dress shoes two days before we were going out of town and the Shoe Shop was able to fix them before we left. Better quality buckle than the original buckles. Finally, the shoe repair shop I've been looking for! A father and son team of craftsmen, they did a lovely job resoling the multiple pairs of shoes I brought them. And honestly, I'm picky! They did such a good job that I brought them a handbag with what I thought would be a tricky repair, and the result was perfect. Everything I picked up was cleaned and polished, too! He has done several repairs for me (heels and half soles), and each was perfect. Recently, I wanted to have a pair of shoes dyed a different color. The Shoe Shop estimate came in at half (yes, literally HALF) the price of another local shoe repair shop. Plus, he did it in four days, the other shop said it would take a week. The re-dye is great, no bleeding or streaks, and one cannot tell the shoes were ever a different color. In addition, he sells a leather insole which I find very comfortable, and he gave me a break on the price. I would give 6 stars. read more

I had a pair of boots that I loved, but were too tall and kept scrunching up around my ankle, causing my heels to blisters. I took them in and had them cut down. Not only did they do a wonderful job, but they had them ready just a few days later. I've also had several pairs of shoes stretched here and they do a great job.
