Great beer and service with a welcoming atmosphere. You can order food at Pizza Factory and they will walk it over to you when it is ready. Clean bathrooms are a plus.

    Cute decor throughout

We loooveee breweries and were visiting from out of town so of course had to stop here. The bartender was so friendly, she let us try multiple beers before choosing some for in house and some for togo. Super friendly locals with cute dogs too! Perfect tap room vibes. It's a cute small spot with great beer! Hopefully we can visit their brewery location someday as well. Fun to checkout in the area and now we can happily check another brewery off our list.

A good old classic Disco Ninja on tap.

My go-to place in town. Staff is great, beers are great, and a wonderful place to hang out with your friends and play a game or just chat up the locals.

Simple decor ....expensive. The Coco Taco Bell Stout costs $39.99/4-pack. Did a sampler of their stouts, Minden, and Beer tender wasn't friendly at all...seemed more interested in talking to his friends about hard rock bands when he was in Idaho.

    Key lime pie sour

Has sour that tastes great in the summer. Great crew. I came back for the new "whitmore" double hazy IPA and a bottle of porter to take home next day.

We liked the service. Bar tender was great, friendly and had many recommendations. We found beers to please our pallets, as my hubby and I have different tastes. Music and atmosphere is great! Hungry? Get Mexican or pizza for takeout next door. Great place to hang! Brand new and rocking design! Glad they're in Minden now.

AWAY. So I have this little belief that has so far been proven right... If a brewery has food, it's good food. And honestly, I can say that this keeps that belief up. My burger and fries were SPECTACULAR, and any chance to eat beer cheese is a good time for me. Also, my mom with her gluten allergy, said that throughout her years of terrible gluten free alternatives, this one was the most amazing, tasty, and was hard to believe it wasn't full of gluten, but somehow it was, and it was awesome! We sat outside, and they have a nice seating area, a lot of games in a grassy area and a few others scattered around, as well as a fire pit to give it a chill atmosphere Staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and honestly made a really good impression on us before we even started talking. All that to say... To management, you WILL be seeing us again, I don't care how, we will be coming back.

It was our first time going to a drag show and it was a blast having a Mother's day reunion this way. The entertainers were fun (Maria you're the best) and the drink service could have been a little faster. There were many of us at our table that ordered bottomless mimosas. The rest of our mommy's had tequila and other hard liquors. The food options at the outdoor parking lot were delicious. It did take some time. This parking lot is horribe. I recommend ride share or getting dropped off here so you don't have to leave your car downtown on the streets. This part of 4th street isn't the best area. Shout out to the hubbs for shuttling me. We'll have to come back and have beer on the other side. I love their peanut butter stout and usually have a chilled pack in my fridge in the Summer. Thanks to the Lead Dog for hosting The Twampson's drag brunch for a fun and memorable Mother's day celebration.

Our server, sorry forgot your name, was helpful and able to answer our questions, we decided on a few items and our party of six shared them. We ordered two pizzas (pepperoni and a capitol combo), we got the pretzel, caesar salad, BBQ brewmaster plate and a few beers. First off the pizzas are delicious and easy choice for anyone who comes here, it will not miss. The bbq platter was also very good, the portions are not huge but each sausage was tasty. The pig wings were tender and flavorful with the hot honey sauce. The pretzel was also great and paired with the stone ground mustard from the bbq plate was excellent. The only item that I think I would change would be the Memphis wings, they were on the salty side for all of us, the flavor is there but a lil too salty, I think the hot honey sauce would have been a hit on those wings. We tried a few beers the lager, Juicy IPA and an amber ale. I skipped the lager, my dad enjoyed his brew. As for the other two, I found them to be refreshing with a nice balance of hops for each of them and a great companion to the dishes we ordered. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely stop by.

South Lake Brewing Company is located in the same plaza as Target, with plenty of parking available. South Lake Brewing Company is also dog friendly for those traveling with their pups When we walked in through the back entrance, we were greeted by an employee. After looking over the menu, we ended up ordering: Pilsner, $8- My husband ordered this one for himself. He liked it and had said he would order it again. Not really big on beer (although I do like German beers), I didn't have any. 2 Towns Huckleberry Cider, $8- I ordered this cider for myself and I thought it was fantastic. The sweet flavors of the huckleberry was prominent and excellent as a hard cider. --------------------------- (Total= $16) After my husband paid, the employee helping got our drinks right away. Then we just sat in the corner inside to just enjoy and relax for a while. The place itself was pretty empty, although a small amount of traffic was coming in. The brewery inside was pretty clean and so were the ladies' restrooms. Outside there was a corn hole for those that wished to play and also it was nice that there was some shade as well. If I was a local, I would definitely come back.

I ordered from the food truck outside. Very nice, very young guy took my order. Two smash burgers with cheddar cheese and no onions. I asked if I should get the extra patty for three additional dollars but he said he thought that the burger was plenty big with the single patty. When the food came out my burgers both had onions and Swiss cheese, not cheddar and my fries were ice cold and super greasy. I asked for some fresh fries, but by the time I got them and got back to the table, my burger was cold. I ate it without complaining about the onions and the wrong cheese because I hate to waste meat. And by the way, that beef patty was skimpy. Pretty much the whole burger was toppings, which were under the Patty so it made the burger look bigger. It did have good flavor, but it was unsatisfying in size. Also the fries were hot now but they were very soggy. I got pale ale from the bar as well as a nonalcoholic canned beer for my man. The bartender honestly seemed very disinterested in helping me. I paid and tipped and went back to the table. I didn't think the Pale Ale was anything special, it seemed kind of watery and flat. The nonalcoholic canned beer was very good according to my man. Pretty sad when the best part of your meal came in a can. Between my cost at the food truck and my cost at the bar, the total for lunch was $58. I would likely not return to this business.

Today we were there at 12:15pm right after opening. They open at Noon. We were thirsty as we've been out to the lake and back. One big loop. I was looking for something non alcoholic. So I settled on the kombucha it las less then .5 alcohol. It's as non alcoholic as it gets there. My husband had a brew. We both got the half a pint which came in a mason jar. They really hit the spot. On the way out we had to hit the outdoor games. The only one in the shade was ping pons so we were all over that. We got the paddles from the counter staff and had a thrilling time playing ping pong . On the way out we checked out the merchandise. They have a great selection. I found the perfect sweatshirt that advertised for South of North without revealing it was a brewery. I was in love. Sadly the only sizes they had were xxl or larger. So sad. We made our 2nd trip of the day to get my husband the forgot his swim shorts and eyed the ones here so we made a 2nd trip back to get them. Prior to our trip I canned and they had all sizes available so it was worth the trip. They fit great and he loves them.
