I have a Brighton purse that I've had for a very long time. One of the straps recently broke, and I didn't think there was any possible way to fix it. Top notch service!!! I had a new pair of Louboutins that I wanted to protect, an old pair that needed some TLC and a beloved purse that needed a new tracking zipper. John did a beautiful job with all 3 of my items. Not to mention that my items were picked up from my residence and brought back within 2 days. John showed me my options with protecting my red soles and I chose to go with the Italian red (pictures included). It is very high quality and has given my heels grip again. I also had to replace the heels because they were so worn. My lamb skin purse had a zipper that just broke off one day. John explained that the tracking needed to be replaced as the zipper could not just be fixed. In two nights, my items were dropped off and John showed me each of them so I could access the work. My used items looked new because he took the time to clean them while he repaired them. I took two pair of very expensive Mephisto sandals to Shoeber to be repaired and they did an amazing job. Their work is perfect and the owner is super-friendly. I like the convenience of having your shoes picked-up and delivered, but this time I opted to bring in my shoes because it was so easy. They are located on the top floor right near the entrance to the Puente Hills Mall. I like Puente Hills Mall because I never have a problem finding a parking space close to the entrance and they have a lot of great food options plus an updated AMC Theater. Thank you Shoeber!
