New leather added on edges of strap. Perfect match to the rest of my purse!

I went in to get a thrifted purse fixed up and it looks better than when I first got it! So happy with the result

Dried glues and rough edges on the sole
    Yuhang L.

My girlfriend brought in two pairs of designer shoes (Prada and Jimmy Choo) for simple adjustments -- stretching and adding soles to the Jimmy Choo since they were a bit loose. She was charged $63 for stretching and the soles on Jimmy Choo alone, which is not cheap. The Prada came out ok, but when my gf picked up the Jimmy Choos, she was extremely disappointed with the workmanship. The sole was poorly glued on, with a long string of dried glue visible across the surface. The edges of the pads also had noticeable glue residue, making the shoes look messy and unprofessional. On top of that, the pad they used was too small for the sole, so you can clearly see it doesn't fit the shape of the heel at all. For a service that should have been straightforward -- especially for designer shoes -- the quality was unacceptable. Don't trust this shop for designer items since they clearly don't know how to handle them.

Don't go, over priced & he doesn't tell you that stains will not be removed. Hand bag cleaning is not worth it, you could do the same job it with a hand wash towel.

There's 2 pairs Nelson has done for me. Yeah he does good work. Confident and personable very respectful.

How could I not like his work as my names Nelson also! Lol I had an accident when a driver was looking at phone as opposed to me ripped off toe crushed foot! So needless to say can bend my foot out straight screws and plates stop that now. Sooooo I need to b put zippers on the insides of all my boots from my Tony Lamas to my scooter boots!! Nelson handles it all. Couldn't be happier!! With all that's going on now dsyz im glad to help out by giving what I can where I can to the deserving!! Nelson is a hard working family man that has earned my respect. I will be taking my bootz there until I can't strap on my chaps and ride my steel horse!! This guy does good work. And extra thick soles if you ask. Thanks your appreciated. Nelson

    My new again loafers.

Miracles happen here! I brought in an old pair of comfy beat up old shoes I have had for years. It was time to throw them out but I couldn't quite do it. I took them to The Shoe Clinic and they came back like new. Likable and professional service and ready on time.

Please note updated business location: 1001 E Imperial Hwy, Ste A2, Brea, CA 92821 in the Brea Village plaza (across from Brea Mall, NOT inside Brea Mall). The owner is friendly and very seasoned in shoe repair. I had two pairs of leather booties; one was platform that was peeling off and the other was stitched midsole opening from the toe area. He will review the work needed and provide a quote on the spot. Please be aware that full payment is required in order to initiate the work, so be ready to pay. Timing was very reasonable; within the same week. The results are phenomenal and they look better than when I brought them in. I'm so glad I came here and will continue to give them business.

I don't even know were to begin amazing repair on two pairs of shoe's. So hard to find a master at there own craft. Thank you so very much PERFECT

Can't bear to part w/my old, comfy Uggs. So I just have a patch added to any holes

Another hole, another patch‍ Can't bear to get rid of my old, very comfy Uggs. So I just add a patch over any holes

Took my Veja shoes in for repair and was very disappointed. I was charged $50 for what they called "paint" and sewing, but the results were terrible. The shoes look worse than before--sloppy work and definitely not worth the price. Would not recommend.

Overpriced. I wasn't wowed at all by the results. He basically sprayed my purse and partially fixed some discoloration in handles for $120.

Both men took pride in their craft and did excellent work.. no job was too small. NOW THERE'S A NEW OWNER... BEWARE !!!He is overpriced.... His workmanship is poor and his customer service is terrible. I brought in my Ugg boots to be cleaned (a few spots on the toes) and to be waterproofed for the season. I wore them once and noticed all the spots lifted and were back...Looking like they were never cleaned. He charged me $48 to clean & waterproofing. I brought them back the following week and showed him my boots... and that I paid a lot of money for his service. He said I brought in 2 pairs of shoes (which I didn't), that's why I paid $48... Basically, he was calling me a liar!!! Since then, I've talk to a few other residents of Yorba Linda... one who also brought in Uggs to be waterproof. The Uggs were a brand new Christmas gift and the first time worn in wet weather they were soak!!! All the previous years when I've taken my Uggs to Andreas the water beaded off the suede when they were treated. This guy is overpriced, & doesn't stand behind his work!!! Who knows if he ever did waterproof my Uggs or my friends??? If I could subtract a star I would... but my only choice is one star and that's being TOO GENEROUS!!!

Super nice people. Completed order on time and as expected. Needed to have our grandson's cleats…read morestretched.
