Yea KZ, you know who I am. That little red car you butchered. When I picked it up it had a deep dent in the nose and deep scratches on the trunk. The car only weighs just over 2000 lbs. The parking lot is flat. You didn't need to push the car very hard to move it. Some asshole shoved the car into another car's trailer hitch. The dent is over 1/2" deep. You can see the roundness of the dent that clearly shows that it was smashed into a trailer hitch. Additionally, the same asshole dragged his finger's into the trunk paint. The car has a bumper moron. Why the hell did you need to drag your fingers down the trunk lid? I am convinced that this car was damaged on purpose. All that said I will never ever take a car there again. I recommend you find someone else to repair your car given my experience.

I was out of town and my wife had it towed to the dealer. The truck was getting stuck sporadically OUT of gear. I had many miles on the clutch (pressure plate, clutch disc, throw out bearing, SLAVE CYLINDER, pilot bearing ,etc...)so I said to go ahead in replacing all clutch components in hopes of fixing the problem; it did not. A few days later, it was stuck out of gear. Called Bill, asked him to send someone for it (tow price $85, very fair). He drove it, said it was hydraulic, something not done right due to a complete parts list on the Toyota bill. He spent an hour diagnosing, and then went on to fix the problem. I've known Bill for 20 years, he's experienced, competent and honest. I find Bill both serious about his work and about standing behind his work. Techs (not parts changers)like Bill are getting hard to find....Appreciate the few we have.

Once it was FINALLY "done" and I went to pick it up, the steering wheel was permanently cocked to the left..I went back to show the mechanic (the one who already drove it BEFORE I came to pick it up) and he never even noticed and had to drive it again to see the messed up steering wheel. Then he tells me to call back later in the week to fix it because they don't have a lift right now. This is BY FAR the WORST mechanic shop I have ever been too. They completely lack customer knowledge and even common sense. I have never been so angry at a mechanic in my life. If I could give them 0 stars I would. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR

I had a 2009 ML63 was being held hostage at Contemporary Motor Cars Inc. at 100 Oceanport Ave, Little Silver, NJ since April 2019. This dealership has since been caught making misleading and deceptive statements in order to have me pay them extra money. All done in an attempt to force me to pay over $12,000 for parts as well as a replacement transmission they stated in writing was needed. In short, I went to have a transmission control module re programmed for $330 and was overcharged with an email explaining a $3600 bill that was never agreed on. Dealership "So far we have booked a total of Parts and labor $3615.80 on this repair, because of the way we worked on the vehicle". Then being told I needed to pay more money for a new valve body and then another $7,000+ for a new transmission. Unbelievable situation for company such as Mercedes Benz to put a customer through. I spoke with Joe from Benwood Auto and ordered a 722.9 valve body as instructed by mechanic because I refused to pay $1500 from mercedes for a new part I knew was not needed. Joe sends it out to me and it arrives a few days later. Contemporary Motor Car's mechanic Dale, tells me it is incorrect. This is after I had taken screen shots in front of this mechanic to confirm it was the right valve body. I am just told it is too bad and I need to reorder the right part. I call Joe and give him new details about what is being requested. They find the next valve body and send it out immediately. Here was the shocker........ Joe did not want to charge me for the second valve body and told me he understood what I was going through with this situation. I was just asked to send back what ever valve body they did not use. The dealership kept my ML63 for several weeks and in the end, I had to pay them for work that they lied about performing. They ended up giving me back a car that was not operational. It drove perfectly before giving it to the dealership. When I got it back, I was told it needed a new transmission. I took it to get inspected by another transmission specialist, to find that the dealership had lied and the original valve body was in perfect working order, as was everything else Contemporary Motor Cars had stated in writing needed replacing. Total fraud!!!!!! So I was left with 2 valve bodies that have not been installed and are still in the boxes they arrived in. I was so grateful for Benwood Auto Parts help, that I sent both valve bodies back. They insisted on giving me a refund but I explained that for the amount of time and effort they gave me, I would not accept any refund. These guys paid for shipping on both valve bodies to be sent to me and then they paid for both to be returned. I have never seen customer service at this level and if you are looking to buy parts for your vehicle, I cannot recommend this company any higher. The ethics and value added they bring to this service is second to nobody. Thank you to both Joe and David at Benwood Auto/ www.PremierGerman.com for all the help.
