We called multiple places and got turned down (mind you we are 19 year old girls stranded in Syracuse where we have never been). Tony was our hero, he called multiple places just to get us in and helped. When we didn't know the tires sizes Tony didn't hesitate to come look at the car and help. He lined up the tow truck and the garage to get the tires changed. He also got us estimates, good prices, and drove us to the tire place. Got stuck again with the car not starting, and we were going to take the car into the shop for possibly an expensive repair. We called Tony to jumped start the car, and he arrived within 30 minutes. After jump starting our car, he tried to find out the root of the problem. He tested the battery and ruled out a weak battery. The problem was a loose ground wire to the battery from possibly pot holes. Tony didn't have to fix our problem but he did. 100 percent recommend Rapid Roadside to use when you get stuck.

My son suggested John's as he knows Matt Hallowell, who welds there. (I'll just say Matt makes welding an art form, and he put the factory to shame! When I called the nice gal scheduled me within 2 days of my call, accommodating my appointments and job schedule and helping me to make it happen. We all have those days when the juggle is a struggle, but she made it easy! I overheard a few conversations while dropping off and picking up and I can honestly say everyone goes out of their way to accommodate need, budget, and the people, while providing quality products and service. After all of that, with CDC guidelines they also do more than most. Sanitizing is done constantly in the office, in your car, the pen you sign with the door handles and areas people touch, etc. My car even had a steering wheel cover on it so I know they took care to keep me safe and healthy. Dave was upfront and honest and the Technician was quick, competent and proficient. Not once was I given the bate and scare high pressure sale tactic often used to manipulate you in to getting more than what's actually needed. I called mavis and told them I needed decent all seasons as I drove 25 minutes both ways every day for work. They suggested tires that would run me around $900. Brought them in and got them out on. Soon as I drove home I knew something was off. Brought it back a couple days later and told them they were very bumpy and loud and the guys says well you shouldn't have gotten those tires. I am like these are the tires you guys recommended. Had a mechanic check it out and drive it around and said the air was a little low so they topped it off and it should be fine. Here I am three weeks later and my car pulls to the left, it feels like I am driving on a flat tire, and it is so loud I can hear it over the radio. It sucks being a woman going to a mechanic because the gaslighting is real. Avoid here ladies for your tires.
