I cannot say enough good things about this place! Every single employee has gone above and beyond for me at some point. Especially Yuri! I bought my first pistol here as a beginner. She was kind and patient with me. She helped me with getting my shield modded by the gun smith to make the safety and slide release easier on me. Then when I found out about the sig rose she let me not only hold hers but shoot it to see if I actually felt it was a right fit. She kept me updated on both guns for my pickup, and when the mods were complete. She gave my mom and I safety pointers and gave us important advice. She cares and shows no judgement. I plan on scheduling lessons with her soon, her personality and understanding of each firearm has shown me as a beginner so much comfort with no embarrassment. The boys behind the counter have also been phenomenal. From helping me understand which cleaning kit will work better for my gun, to giving advice, to helping me with my shield. I had a malfunction with my shield and when I brought it in, Jamie went above and beyond to see what could have gone wrong. I have never once been made to feel dumb. I have a lot to learn and the entire staff at this establishment has given me patience and grace through my learning. I might be biased, but a this point I have 0 interest in any other ranges or gun shops as I have grown such a love for this place. I wish I knew the names of the other employees as they deserve a shout out as well. When I shot the rose to try it out I had hung my target a little too high and didn't have an easy loader with me. One of the boys helped me place my target in a proper position and then offered me to borrow an easy loader. The facility is well maintained and clean as well! I love this little place. Wow! Was a great day to go shooting indoors. The straightforward: I wish Shooter's Paradise would build a website that actually works well, but it is what it is. They are great at answering their phone, which is the only way to reach them in my experience. They have tons of courses for concealed carry and security guard cards with various type specifications. There is both the gun store itself, known as B and G guns (I believe?) and the shooting side that dispenses ammo/targets/rental guns/lanes. If you don't have your own eye and ear protection, you can rent from them. Similarly, if you don't have your own gun/ammo or simply want to try other guns besides yours, you can rent from a wide variety that they have at their rental case. If you are unfamiliar with what you are attempting to rent, better to ask stupid questions than risk hurting yourself or those around you. As can be seen, staple your targets below the line or risk paying a fee for damaging/breaking the target holder. There are options for memberships, from individual to family packs, and if you buy a gun at Shooter's... you can get any membership for 50% off within 30 days of your purchase. I've been a client for over 30 years. There have been many changes over the course of our relationship and most have been positive. I primarily use the range for practice. I avoid periods when it can get crowded and always have a great experience. The store is well run with good lighting and great ventilation. I would encourage you to avoid nights, weekends and holidays in order to avoid the crowds and the associated wait times for lanes. In my opinion the best times are weekdays before noon.
