Never again. I purchased an agency trigger for my Glock 45 and had them cut my slide for an optic. I paid $600 for this ( I feel ripped off right now ) and shipped my gun to them in September 2025. They told me it would take three months to complete, which is already pushing in when somebody decides I'd like to put a red dot on my gun. They finally returned my gun in January and I still haven't received the plate so I can put the red dot on, it's February ! In hindsight I should've traded my gun in on an MOS Glock 45 and bought a Johnny Glock trigger. I hate that they attach your site to the mounting plate. It would be better the way Glock does it out the box. Do not have this company do your work. read more

Sent my fifth pistol in for another full build. Gun jams, sent it in for repair and they said they only got it to jam once in a limited range session so it's fine and are sending it back. Incredible. Customer for almost ten years, now lost. What a joke. read more

I have had stipulating done on two other Glocks by a company no longer in business. Fortunately, I found Agency Arms through a colleague. Agency Arms did the stipulating on my Glock 34. Be careful check the Cerekote on Glock 34 I purchased one that the paint Cerekote flaked off. After calling Agency Arms about the problem they asked if I would deal directly with Blowndeadline Custom Cerekote . I sent to Blowndeadline they kept it for couple months when I got it back there was still an area that flakes off. read more

Took my G34 to Agency Arms in October 2021, was given a six month completion to pick up. I began follow-up calls for pick up date in April 2022 after six months and have been given "we need one more month to complete it and it will be ready for pickup, we will call you". It is now September 2022, still no pistol delivery AND their phone answering machine says the are moving (out of state) but will be back online to take calls August 18 and if you need to contact us send an email to sales@agencyarms.com which I have also sent receiving no response. I am very disappointed in the communication and have no idea how to track Agency Arms down, where my pistol is, if it has been worked on at all, how they plan to deliver it AND on top of all this they have my firearm plus $1600 deposit. This review is regarding the Agency Arms 10mm g20 trigger. Full disclosure - I run a gun store where we work on/install aftermarket glock parts on a daily basis. I will also preface this by saying all parts were installed by licensed gunsmith/glock certified advanced armorer. Upon installing the trigger, even before putting live ammunition through it, the firearm immediately started having failure to return to battery. This issue continued with live ammunition in the gun as well as snap-cap dummy ammunition. A quick youtube search of this issue brought up an extremely well documented case of this happening to another individual with a g20, accompanied by both photograph and video evidence to support his claim. His issue in fact mimicked mine precisely. I contacted Agency Arms and before even getting a chance to explain the entire issue, as soon as I said "fails to return to battery" the customer service representative acknowledged this being a known issue to Agency Arms and that the trigger in fact could not be repaired and would instead have to be replaced entirely. No issue. Here's where things get funny. I am then told by the csr that I will be responsible to paying to ship my factory defective trigger back to Agency Arms in order to get one that actually works (supposedly). When I raised this as a concern, I was out right ignored. Mind you this is an item they immediately recognized to be factory defective and not fit for use. I boxed up the trigger with a note highlighting the fact that it cost me $10.50 to mail the trigger (with signature requirement). I put a copy of the receipt for the label in with the trigger along with a note explaining the fee. Agency Arms out right ignored my message and just sent me another trigger. I have not removed this one from the packaging and plan to never do so. It will more likely than not go in the garbage. Bottom line; This company makes products that they know fail, yet refuse to stand behind them. We aren't talking about tennis rackets here, we're talking about triggers that are meant to go in firearms that may very well save your life. I expect more and you should to. I will never sell another Agency Arms product in my shop or carry one of their products in my firearm ever again. YMMV read more

I sent my Glock Gen 2 Model 21 .45 ACP pistol to Agency arms in 2015 to have a complete build done on a pistol that frankly was languishing in the back of my gun safe receiving no love at all. The factory trigger was mediocre at best, the non SF grip frame was clunky and chunky in my hand, and I have always found the factory sights to be sub-par. Without a doubt, this was my least favorite .45 ACP in my collection. What a difference three months made! Agency Arms was in contact with me throughout the process and asked detailed questions about what I wanted and how I wanted it. Upon it's return, my Glock 21 was a mean, sleek, two toned bullet tossing machine that shot even better than it looked. The slide machining reduced the pistol's weight by almost 25%, improving the balance considerably. The frame modifications drastically improved the handling and the trigger...oh my, that wonderful trigger! I was so impressed that I have dropped Agency triggers into every Glock pistol I own and I couldn't be happier with the improvement in control and accuracy. Now, let's be honest here...this isn't a budget build. Agency is putting out top quality work and prospective clients should expect a price tag that reflects their expertise. But when it comes to custom pistolsmithing, there are no bargains...one gets what one pays for. Sometimes it's just better to pay a little more and get a lot more for your money. Bottom line, I have just added another Agency Arms Glock to my collection this week and it was worth every penny. read more

I order this custom Glock 19 for my wife on 8/19/2017 I figured it be a nice Christmas present for my wife since they state that the built take about 4 months I figured it be the best Christmas present ever and my wife decided to go all the way with all their bells and whistles even paint match all components (Dodgers blue) we left a deposit and went our way. Christmas time came and no gun or even a curtesy call, I waited till first week of January and they had no answer to why we hadn't received the gun. after numerous calls I got a text with the picture of the parts painted but they had a problem and didn't pass quality control because of the magwell paint being chipped and a dent on the slide... on June 22 I finally got the call we had been waiting for after 10+ long months it was done!!! We where excited once again and forgotten about the whole delay, errors and no updates. My wife and I got up had breakfast and where on our 1hr drive down to the dealer we ordered the gun from, just when my wife is opening the case and I was expecting a big smile on her face like if it was Christmas Day again she looked at me like when a kid opens a Christmas gift and it's totally the opposite of what they been waiting for a whole year. We where just around the same waiting time, the gun upgrades were all we ordered but the color was not even closed to what she ordered. Not for duty use in Gen 4 Glock .45 / 10mm pistols. I had three "drop in " triggers for Glock .45 / 10mm with trigger safety issues. After contacting Agency and explaining the issue I was told that it was a known issue with the Gen 4 Glock 10mm and .45. Agency was informed that the triggers were for use in Law Enforcement duty guns and the failure of the trigger safety to engage was not acceptable. They sent replacement "newly designed" triggers. The trigger safety issue was resolved, however the modifications to the trigger bar caused the trigger to malfunction and not allow the gun to fire. Again I contacted Agency and was informed that the "cruciform" was angled upwards more than on previous versions and would need to be bent to allow the pistol to properly function. According to Agency their Gen 4 Glock .45 / 10mm drop-in triggers were "hit or miss". Of course the replacements were sent back without issue and the initial three triggers were returned. Agency seems to produce great products and excellent drop-in triggers for Gen 4 Glock 9mm / .40 and their complete pistols are exceptional, however the drop-in trigger for the Gen 4 Glock .45 / 10mm seems to have missed the mark of excellence usually associated with Agency Arms. read more
