We shot targets for an hour and it was amazing because we enjoyed learning new things and I was able to show my family some techniques that they don't know as they don't go to gun ranges to try out new pistols in New York City. My reason for the 4 stars is... it just would be nice if the staff would offer a quick little safety reminder of Tips to people. Even start just some basic guidelines on the rules of the facility, not necessarily how to shoot a gun, but how to be safe in the space; that way, you don't have to be spoken to, but more importantly, it would be a nice addition just to feel more comfortable. Finally, the gentleman who checked us in was attentive, knowledgeable, and a delight. I would definitely do this more when I have guest come from out of town who have never had this experience.

We had general knowledge of handgun defense, but found we were severely unprepared for real world scenarios with stress involved, when you only have seconds to react. I highly recommend this class as an intro to this training company. I believe they are amongst the top in the country when in comes to tactics that actually work and keep you alive. Mike starts out with the philosophy of the Warrior Mindset and then shows how every aspect of life should be approached with this mindset. Completed my waiver online prior to visiting, as I literally only had an hour for my lunch break. I get there, they couldn't find my waiver...no big deal, I'll complete another one. Not necessary because after a bit of searching they find it, then send me to check into the range. The range guy states there's is an issue and I have to go back to the front to complete a new one. So I go up front...only 1 IPAD is booted and functioning and a line of 3 people waiting for it. I tried to complete it on my phone to no avail as the reception sucked. While it's not their fault my time was limited, they don't seem like they know what they're doing. And to have 6 i-pads mounted, only 1 working??? Might give it another try, but just didn't have the time to work through their problems today.

I shot a gun once many years ago, so had very little experience going in to this class and was a little nervous. Shawn made me feel comfortable and took the time to help me with positioning my hands when holding the gun and giving individual help to each of us. He provided detailed materials, as well as guns, targets, ammo and safety gear out on the range. It was a fun experience and I highly recommend this class!

They let you touch and try out all the guns and if you need help, ask. They love dogs, are great to their customers and they have me as a customer for life. 4 years ago I called AmmoAz about their upcoming sale and an AR15 that they were losing money on. The owner spent 20 minutes explaining my options and talking to me about the gun. He earned a customer for life. I have since bought several "items" all for MUCH less than anywhere else. I have brought my dogs, even my Dane and have always had a great experience and gotten the best prices. The store's app with up to date ammo availability and pricing is just another bonus.
