Today was to be my first visit...figured I would treat myself to an hour at the range for my…read morebirthday. Completed my waiver online prior to visiting, as I literally only had an hour for my lunch break. I get there, they couldn't find my waiver...no big deal, I'll complete another one. Not necessary because after a bit of searching they find it, then send me to check into the range. The range guy states there's is an issue and I have to go back to the front to complete a new one. So I go up front...only 1 IPAD is booted and functioning and a line of 3 people waiting for it. I tried to complete it on my phone to no avail as the reception sucked. While it's not their fault my time was limited, they don't seem like they know what they're doing. And to have 6 i-pads mounted, only 1 working??? Might give it another try, but just didn't have the time to work through their problems today.

Gun shop owner here - POF has proven themselves to be the least responsive, least customer centric…read morefirearms manufacturer I've ever worked with. Sold a customer a POF Rogue and he wanted to customize it. We removed the handguard for some upgrades and found this unfired, unused gun with a scarred up aluminum barrel nut which was OBVIOUSLY incorrectly clocked (assembled) at the factory. At first POF ignored all my instructions and replaced the handguard, about 2 weeks after receiving it. They called and asked me to pay an invoice(?). I reviewed the instructions I sent in and then their response was "oh...let us go back and look at the manufacturing pictures, we will be able to prove if this left like this". They were insinuating I sabotogued the unfired gun prior to selling it to the customer. So, 3 more weeks went by. Now they've had this upper for 45 days to "look at it". I called Juan back and asked what was going on? He told me the "owner is still making a decision" and he would get back to me in a few more days. Well, the next phone call made it clear they were accusing me of sabotoguing the gun and ruining it. OK I said - SEND IT BACK if you're not standing behind your products. I am sitting here another 10 days later with no gun, customer is livid, and I will never touch a POF item again. What a sham, disappointing "American" company. I deal with Sig weekly and they've never treated me like this. Nor Springfield, nor Glock...the list goes on. Gun companies MUST stand behind their product, it is life or death and mistakes cost lives. POF doesn't care about its end users - a quick google will tell you that the original POF owner/engineer passed away and some charlatans appear to have taken over and ruined a great company and great products. The good news is there are POF guns getting clearanced on Gunbroker for half price since the market is figuring it out.

Add to it being a very competent & efficient gunsmith…read more I brought him my Taurus Tracker and the specific platform necessary for the installation of a new ADE RD3‑019 (RMR green dot scope.) After consulting with my ChatGP "buddy\advisor" specific screws were crucial to successful install. I purchased them separately from Amazon. Steve didn't like the head tapering. He asked permission to use his own screws. Upon my affirmation, he proceeded to his belt sander to make custom length modifications on his own screws. He treated my Tracker like a surgeon with his scalpels being a host different punches, screwdrivers, and Allen wrenches. He was intriguing to watch! Not only did he calibrate my scope perfectly, I asked him if he could take a quick look at my 9mm semi with a green dot laser to check its alignment. "No problem". Done in a jiffy. I can't recommend Steve more highly!
