We were in for a Sunday group activity. The place has two section, one for amateur visitors where three different groups can do archery at the same time. On the other side they have training area for pros. Safety instructions, protective items and archery equipments are provided at the beginning of. An instructor helped us with getting started. Throughout the session the instructor checked on us and helped us with making small tweaks to improve our archery. At the end, they put up balloons at the bulls eye spot and popping it gave us free rental card for next visit. I came here because I was looking for a place to practice shooting. This was my first time using a bow and arrow. I was also given an arm guard and a finger tab for safety and protection. The instructor is really kind and I had a lot of fun here. There is also a video you can watch on the tv that's at the front desk that teaches you how to be safe while in the shooting range. When your time is up, you get to shoot a balloon. If you pop it, you earn a coupon that gives you free equipment rental the next time you come here! There are also some cute fish near the entrance. AMAZING place to spend an afternoon. This place is absolutely 10-out-of-10 stars and we had so much fun shooting archery for our first time. Perfect for all ages and would be a great place for private events (corporate events and birthday parties alike). They show you a thorough video where the owner will walk you through everything you need to know. Then another staff member will spot you as you make your first few shots. Will was very helpful for my group. To save yourself time - reserve your time on the website, and sign your waiver online beforehand. What a fun Sunday activity. Came on a Sunday around noon and practically got the place to ourselves for the whole hour. No one else was on the floor while we were shooting; It felt like a private event! It was $50 for two people for an hour. Like other reviewers says, the last 10 mins they put a balloon on the bullseye. You get two tries, about 12 arrows total, to pop the balloon. The girl working on the floor was nice and gave us 3 attempts. I popped the balloon on the last third round, first arrow! We both hit the target by the end and received two coupons for a discount for next time. Clean, fun, fully equipped event! Are you the next Legolas , Hawkeye, or Katniss? Add this to your list of hobbies because you will be hooked after trying it once! My girlfriend and I wanted to keep up our active streak (went axe throwing the day before during a Yelp Elite event, heck yes!!) so we decided to try some archery. It was a Tuesday night and I called in to see if there was any space available, the person on the phone said to just walk in, so we did. It was empty at around 7pm (thankfully). Price was $25 per person for an hour, included the equipment and the lane. This was a lot more reasonably priced compared to other places I found, most of them required that you go through a class prior to shooting. This place doesn't require it, they just give you a basic lesson in the beginning, teaching you how to hold the bow, how to shoot, etc. This took maybe 10-15 minutes at most. Time starts after the lesson. The hour flew by! We had so much fun and at the end, if you were able to shoot the balloon, they give you a coupon to come back the next time. My girlfriend is definitely a better archer than me so she got the balloon her first round (you get two rounds to try). Wouldn't hesitate to come back here again with our group of friends. I made a reservation for 8 on a Saturday and the person on the phone was helpful in guiding me through the process. When we got there, it was my entire group's first time there so you can imagine we struggled a bit in the beginning in terms of how we hold the bow, how much to pull back, etc. The gentlemen was super helpful and would come over one-on-one to guide us through and show what we were doing wrong and how to correct it. I went with three of my friends, all of us have limited experience with archery. We went as walk-ins at around 5pm on a Wednesday and luckily, they had enough spots available for us. The guys in charge of the place were friendly and took into account that we are all beginners when he was giving us a basic tutorial. We stumbled upon this place on yelp when my boyfriend and i were trying to find something to do on a saturday. We were walk-ins, but i would suggest getting a reservation on the weekends because it filled up rather quickly. It was 25 per person, 15 for an hour on the floor, 10 for rental. After your safety waiver, they help you put on your gear (arm protector, finger protector, chest strap for women). They also very quickly run you through how to use your bow and arrow. After a two minute tutorial, youre own your own. My bf and i enjoyed ourselves, its something different to try out! They also give you a balloon to try to target which is pretty cool. If i could change one thing, i would give each participant a new target sheet because there were already marks on the one we used. I would also let them take it home.. sorta like how it is in a shooting range. But no big deal. All in all, a very cool acitivity for when youre out of date ideas. read more

My gf and I went there for the first time on Thursday evening, and we're both hooked. We arrived around 6:30pm, and it was relatively empty - good thing because we were afraid it'd be crowded. Byron took amazing care of us, and set us up with our equipment plus a quick tutorial before we got shooting. There are two sets of ranges - a 9m and an 18m. We were at the shorter range, as it seems to be used mostly for beginners and groups/parties. While we were there, a group came by that occupied the remaining space at the 9m range, and a couple of other pros/regulars had come in to shoot at the 18m range. Byron mentioned that the weekends were usually the busiest, with the evenings leading up to the weekend busier than earlier in the week. One hour flew by, and before we knew it, Byron was setting up a balloon in the center of each of our targets. The goal was to shoot the balloons and pop them in the last 10 mins of the 1 hr session - doing so would get us each a coupon. We got our coupons, and will definitely be back to shoot some more at this super friendly range! read more

I brought my nephews here on 4/3/2021 to fulfill a promise made to them that I would begin bonding with them more to provide the mindset and presence of an additional Male in their lives. We were thrilled with the facilities and the service from the staff. Everything is super clean and organized. They also adhere to mask compliance which was a huge plus! We inquired for private lessons over the phone before arriving on site and were immediately attended to and given instructions to begin our experience. Honestly, their hospitality and patience really makes me want to consider a membership and private lessons to finally pursue the art and mastery of Archery. This indoor archery place was definitely a great fun time! My son and I rolled up here for some competitive fun! Fortunately I found out about this on Groupon about a month ago which was $29.00 for 2 for 1 hour of range time for 2 (equipment included). This is probably the only Archery spot in Bergen county that I can think of. I would have to honestly say that was an extremely great deal for the experience we got compared to my Vegas experience doing it for the first time. Thanks Groupon LOL We first checked in at the front (Signed waiver blah blah on an Ipad) and one of their workers led us into the first room (From what I saw think they have two shooting rooms) to their decently sized shooting room. He gave us a quick very detailed professional mini-lesson on how to use the bow and arrows, as well as safety rules. For the rest of the hour, (The hour started when after instructions were given) we freely shot arrows on our own tapping onto our inner Green Arrow. Trust me the hour is a good enough time to get a feel for Archery. There were a total of 10 to 15 rows for shooting in this room if I recall correctly, there were bullseyes that were mobile to move closer for the beginners, as well as stationary ones all the way towards the end of the range. (In the second room) The reason why this one may have been better than the one in Vegas is because you the finger padding as well as the arm sleeve to proctect from arrow burns to the forearm area which had a lot of in Vegas lol. There are also hunting/shooting merchandise sold in the front of the store such as specialized bows and arrows for serious hunters and archery hobbyists. They also had like a food bar with snacks and drinks etc.. which was convenient as well. The place was organized, VERY CLEAN, and came with great customer service! I would definitely recommend this for those who've never shot an arrow, (double+) dates, or if you're just interested in taking up a new skill or hobby.
