My wife is totally obsessed with Tags. Apparently it is called Tags for good reason- it has all the Tags of brands you could ever want. It is almost impossible for her to leave here without buying at least one new piece for her wardrobe each time she comes. If I have any money left over, sometimes I even get to snag something for myself from their men's collection!!!! The people that work here are so helpful and nice and you never feel pressured or rushed. I can sit in a chair and look at my emails while my wife can spend plenty of time taking in the stunning assortment of clothing. The store is very welcoming and the window dress from the street view really converse with you...the clothes and other decor really draws you in. While in Beverly Hills, you must do as the Beverly Hills folks do, and that is to window shop...! You walk along looking at all the wonderful items...and then all of a sudden...your no longer outside, but inside of TAGS....where as I entered to get a closer look at more of this prized loot...a very friendly gentleman stopped his work and kindly spoke to me about certain selections in men attire. He was very knowledgeable and indicated he had worked as a personal shopper for a number of entertainers in the past. One I was very familiar with from a former UPN network show that I was a writer on. The young man who is named J.J. gave me a number of wonderful ideas for my wifes upcoming birthday on the 25th of September. He really assisted me by going out of his way to call my wife and direct her on how to make a boutique appointment for specialized shopping needs. He was very attentive to me and my wife on the phone and answered all of her questions and mine with details. He treated us very well. Will come back again in the future. DONT GO TO THIS STORE. I went shopping here last week for the very first time and purchased two items of clothing. Decided shortly after that we no longer needed the items and would go back and return only to be told that they don't do returns! An employee then told us that "it says it on the receipt!" What kind of logic is that?! But wait, it gets better!: at the time of purchase it was stated that if you leave a Yelp review it will get you 10% off. Sounds good right? WRONG. Turns out, if you leave a review and get the 10% IT LOCKS YOU INTO A FINAL SALE. WHAT IN THE HELL KIND OF BUSINESS ARE YOU RUNNING?! No one ever said anything about the purchase being final sale when the transaction was being made or I would have immediately left without making a purchase. TAGS, your way of doing business was sneaky, conniving, and far from appreciated. You have no business being in Beverly Hills and your policy makes it clear that you don't believe in your merchandise or else you would have a return policy or at the very least be clear about your final sale nonsense and Yelp review scam as anyone who believes in their merchandise knows returns only happen if your items are garbage. I happen to be walking down the street and glanced over to my left and into this super cute boutique! Tags! I wandered in just wanting to "browse" and ended up finding unique, cool and high-quality things that I didn't even know I needed! they have amazing candles which I bought for myself and a gift. Overpriced China rip-off apparel. The jeans are not even remotely close to being true-to-size. The size I bought is obviously my correct size, and they fit like they're meant for a giraffe.
