If you want to go to a store and get insulted in front of everyone in public, patronized, given run around, plus implied that you are not honest then go to this Shoppers Drug Mart. Story of my life with this Shoppers on 1500 Lonsdale North Vancouver. ( franchisee Khazand Enterprised Ltd ) I bought biologix women's protein (448 gram $22.99) on Nov 22, tried 3 times as per instruction, got allegic reaction everytime, got very sick. Dec 1st, I took the product back around 4.10 pm . The first clerk gave me a run around and told me to deal with the manufacturer directly as the product is opened. There was no manager on site. Another clerk came to help the other clerk ( not to help me, mind you) This clerk is called Donna. She did not acknowledge me,( no hello) she scanned me with a dirty look in her eyes, then opened the jar and shake it. Gave me another dirty look and told me the plastic container was half empty. She insulted me by implying that it was not allergy and I was not sick. She said that "it" was 3/4 empty, if I am not wrong, Donna was saying "it" was 1/4 full, 3/4 was gone. Donna rolled her eyes and told me if I wanted, I could come another time to speak with Tyler the manager. Before I left, I asked Donna to initial and write a note as to confirm I came to the store today. Donna was reluctant and wrote on the receipt " customer came Jan1 /2016. Product 3/4 empty asked her to speak with Tyler". After being insulted in the store in front of 2 other clerks and other customers. I came home, I used my kitchen scale and weighted the product. There is still 358 grams left out of 448 gram. How does Shoppers Drug Mart run their business and why does a business condone its incompetent staff is not my business. Now I have such a bad taste in my mouth. The message is clear to me. Do not deal with Shoppers anymore. But does Donna know she was doing? Does Donna know that Biologix products do not go by the size of their containers? Does Donna know that Biologix products go by the weight ? Does she know when she said it was 3/4 empty, she was implying that it was 1/4 full, meaning there was only 112 grams left in the container ? Does Donna know that there is 358 grams left, that is 3/4 full ? Or it gets more bizarre, does Donna know that the date was Dec 1st 2016, not Jan 1st 2016 like she wrote on the receipt? Was Donna even sober at work? Her eyes looked funny to me. And her mind was not quite there, was it? Look, when someone has showed me her true colour, believe it because that means you are no longer a benefit to her any more. Shoppers Drug Mart Donna has managed to lose my business forever! But it is okay, my business is only a chump change for Shoppers. I have also contacted the Shoppers in writing on their website. I also called and left a message to the owner of the franchise. Is this really a Shoppers brand store? - Employee on phone says one thing - then in person, department manager accuses the customer of being dishonest?! Lesson learned - employee by phone will just say anything because it's close to closing time or doesn't care to find out - only to encounter nastiness by department manager. Also, seem to have an obvious shoplifting problem at this store - merchandise is unpackaged and opened in the cosmetics section. Awful. Seems like honesty is an issue at this location. The Pharmacy at Shoppers Drug Mart on 13th & Lonsdale is absolutely brilliant. They are the most friendly, helpful and intelligent people I have ever the the pleasure of doing business with. They seem to know more about drugs then my doctor does (and my doctor is pretty darn good). They work so fast and efficient. Even when there is long line for p/u & drop offs they seem to do all the tasks effortlessly and always with a friendly genuine smile. I hope the current staff is there for a long long time. Well done to some very hard working & knowledgeable people. You are all AWESOME and thank you! I usually go to london drugs for prescriptions. But decided to give shoppers drug mart a try due to proximity. What a mistake that was. The Pharmacists including the pharmacy manager Kyle was very rude and offensive. They are not customer service oriented and act like they are doing you a favor by filling your prescription. When the pharmacy manager sets such a tone, no wonder all the other pharmacists are so rude. Stay away from this place. LONDON DRUGS is heaven compared to the hell at shoppers drug mart read more

Dreadful place. They don't give refunds, and they charge customers 5 cents for a bag. There are never enough cashiers on, and the result is long line-ups. The aisles are too small and there is not enough space at the check-outs. They also have a security guard patrolling inside the store, and it's uncomfortable shopping when under surveillance like that. It's worth going the extra distance to London Drugs. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. The manager Tyler is a total joke. He towed my car even though it says 30 minute customer parking in 20 minutes. If the parking is ONLY while you're inside, they need to outline that on the sign not say 30 minute customer parking. I am a customer and was under the allocated 30 minute time frame. He lacked any empathy when I came in to talk. He is not customer oriented and I found out he had TOLD the towing company to tow my car. Meanwhile there was a white truck parked there for over 1.5 hours and never was towed. I am sure that person wasn't INSIDE shoppers that entire time. After getting no customer service from him I found the towing company busted my bumper. Thanks a lot for a great CUSTOMER experience. DO NOT SHOP here. read more

worst service ever! My student was accused of stealing (when she really didn't) this man who intaragated her, then proceeded to raise his voice and me and then my dad. Swearing at us. They didn't have proof of her stealing. All and all worst service I have ever received and worst way I've been treated. Would never shop at that location again. read more

Today, I was in Shopper drug mart on 15th Lonsdale St . Tyler Atkins who is recently the manger at this branch who has so much attitude and anger . In the past almost a year ago he worked at Esplanade st ( shopper drug mart) all stuff were fed up with him he has so anger and he is so arrogance . I don't understand why all crazy managers at Esplanade shopper drug mart transfer to the lonsdale . He always makes fun of especial persian and brown people to other staff. I heard from two staff he made fun of me as well. Today front of me he was making fun of me to one of the staff who is a young lady . I said to him please stop it i know you from Esplanade store. the staff and customer had problem with you because of your attitude and he yelled at me and said get of the store and he started to dial police number i got out he said i am not allowed to go this store otherwise he will call police on me . He is such crazy person i have never ever meet in my life. I am a very decent customer in all shopper drug mart.
