Why can't we be taken care of this way in the United States. I want to Canada over Holiday break vs I got extremely sick. I was able to go to telehealth in the states, but I forgot some medicine and supplies I desperately needed for my health. Not only did this store have all of the medical supplies I needed, WITHOUT PRESCRIPTION, it was affordable, and the pharmacist helped me to figure out what I needed! The pharmacy was in the back of a huge grocery store, so not only could I get my affordable medical supplies I also could get my last minute shopping supplies. Thank you country across the street for allowing us over, and taking care of us while we were there. read more

Very poor Service. Was promised my medicines in 2 days but been to pharmacy 3 times. Excuses like computer down to no stock and " working on it" .Also " medicine needs to be checked or signed off. I asked for my prescription back and was given " a copy" .I asked them to transfer my Prescription to another pharmacy .The other pharmacy called them for transfer but 2 days passed and Shoppers at Manning Rd did not comply. The copy of the prescription is not valid without their electronic transfer of script.5 DAYS later and I need to go to a clinic to start over for URGENT medicine. Shoppers drug mart at Manning are unprofessional and unethical. read more

This Shoppers Drug Mart is very busy. All the time too. I recently started working in the area and would frequent this store when I got off the bus to either buy a pop, pick up something quick for work, or pass the time while I waited to start work. My last visit was last night to get my flu shot. I walked in, and was half greeted by the cosmetician at the counter, and walked through right to the pharmacy. Walked up asked to get my flu shot, the pharmacist assistant looked at me and gave me a form to fill out, upon returning the form, I got a buzzer and waited about 15 minutes to get my flu shot. The pharmacist was super nice when giving me my shot, and it was quick and easy. The staff are fairly nice, a lot of them are older women. They also have self checkouts at this location if you're paying by debit or credit. Which makes it pretty convenient if you don't want to wait in line for a cashier. They also sell Windsor Transit bus tickets here as well. All in all, a convenient quick place to shop. read more

purchased selection med. chicken wings on sat at around 3:00 p.m. cooked only 5 to try . Disgusting all black around and size of pigeon wing. Threw away box as live in apt. Texted and sent me a response contact #12967601 on info needed. sent all info as above saying bought at shoppers at wyandotte and dawson on May 14th . Received another contact message now saying they only deal with purchases on line. why did they want all info when they were told where i purchased in 1st email. New contact # 12975814. have their letters in drafts. $17.99 to throw out food is alot of money expecially with economy today. It can be traced with my optimum card of which made me change password besides to send complaint. Their journal will show transaction. Sick of being ripped off for no reason. Ok, where to start my feedback. This is a horrible place to do business in from the front line to the pharmacy part. I purchased a playstation card one night for 50.00 and on my way out I noticed it was scratched so I couldn't accept this card and they couldn't get me a refund to change the card ecetera so I had to come back the next day only to be told they could not issue me a refund that I would have to call Sony and in the end they called me and re issued me a card replacement.......... Then a month or two later they called me to pick up my medication that was not ready and was not dispensed in blister packs. I said I could not accept them the way they were and the lady went to help another customer....I was royally pissed off over the way it was handled and I took the bottles to the end of the counter and said I couldn't accept them and she responded I'd have to deal with the lady at the counter....I said I was and she went to help someone else so I'm supposed to just stand there and waste my day away......... the lady came over with attitude and I responded back to get me my drug card and I'll be on my way. She continued to snarl and so I got stern and demanded my drug card as I don't have time for this shit......she gave me my cars and what I did not know was that she went and fabricated a lie to her boss phoebe who is the owner of the location. She said I was being rude and agressive as well as verbally abusive and I threw the pill bottles and hit her staff. I demanded the video be looked at and reviewed as I claimed that was wrong and she is interfering with my right to health by prolonging My medication. she already at this point has taken a month to dispense my medication to me and this is what I'm dealing with. Not once did I lose my cool with phoebe at all and she stated that I was being trespassed because I admitted that I recorded the incident on my cell phone just to get her to look at her surveillance tapes to prove I was not guilty of the allegations. Further more the big wigs of Shoppers reviewed the tapes and left a comment on the file that I never showed agressive behaviour nor did I throw any bottles at anyone....no one was hit......now I want to take her to court and Sue her as I have human rights and civil rights like anyone else.....I want an apology for the defamation of my character by fabricating lies that costed me in my medical treatment. This should never have taken place and I want the tress passing notice lifted.......this is absolute non sence and makes me feel that they are choosing who they help by appearances. read more

This store is busy because they are the only thing open in the neighbourhood. You have an urgent thing you need and then you drop more money on overpriced impulse buys. Staff are comfortable being completely dismissive of customer complaints because they know the owners don't care so I guess my recent frustration is typical. It was late but my daughter needed feminine hygiene products. I was thrilled to see they had iPhone adapters at the checkout since my daughter's was missing and we were sharing one adapter. It was pricey but I was paying for the convenience and was happy for the chance to surprise her. Unfortunately it wasn't the right type of adapter so I went back the next day for a refund only to be told "They don't refund electronics"It says on my receipt that I have 30 days for a refund ? "That doesn't apply to electronics. "I went back to look at the display and confirmed there is no signage to warn customers of the policy. In fact I noticed much of the Apple merchandise there seemed outdated and obsolete but you can't be sure unless you know the Apple lingo till you open the package because the photo on the packaging cuts off at the vital part. But according to the secret store policy if you open it you can't return it. Even if it's not deliberate you can't help but feel scammed. I commented that their business practice seem short sited since they were going to loose my family's business and I would end up posting about this on social media. I was told "my threats weren't going to get me anywhere". I don't understand how my comments were considered a threat. I was just saying what was going to happen next. I still needed an adapter so off to Walmart. They are also open late. I was surprised they renovated. Looks great. Way more stuff. And yes they have returns on their electronics but I won't have to worry about a return because they also had customer service that helped me choose the right product. And they have a pharmacy too!
