The service man came to our house on time and suggested that the range which was20 yes old be replaced rather then spending to fix it. We purchased an electric range and when we got home found out it was too high to fit in the space. Called and without a question recommended a replacement which we bought and the Other were like very much. They have on their computer prices from all major stores such as Home Depot. They make sure that they match the lowest price which I find very nice. I had a fulfilling experience from start to finish. Our old washer died and we needed a replacement quickly. We heard that the big box stores were selling product that was supposedly available for delivery but was in fact on back order. We were able with Shore Appliance, all on the phone, to determine which machine was the best fit for our needs AND which machines were in stock and available for immediate delivery and installation. All of this was accomplished on the phone. I never visited the showroom. The sales person on the phone was able to explain to me all the features and benefits of all the available machines. Shore is easily the best company I've ever dealt with. We just remodeled our kitchen and purchased Monogram refrigerator, cooktop, dishwasher, and ovens. Price was competitive, and installation was wonderful. Issues arose with refrigerator -- not Shore's fault -- and they worked with GE to get a replacement. Owner even got involved and communicated with me directly. Overall, the installation was complex because of the kitchen design and construction -- yet Shore was patient and worked extremely well with contractor. The installers were excellent (especially Joe!) and professional -- true craftsman and perfectionists. The ongoing support and communication have been beyond outstanding, and we continue to be grateful that we were lucky enough to make our purchase from Shore. read more

This is the first time we have used Shore Appliance and were very pleased with their customer service and quick response time. We just moved to Salisbury and the movers were not able to place our queen box spring in our bedroom due to the way the staircase is situated. The movers told us that they make a split queen box spring set so I called Shore Appliance. It's not something they normally carry in stock but they ordered the set right away and said it would take about 2 weeks. The set came in within that time frame and they immediately called to set up delivery. The delivery person was very friendly and we had great customer service. This is a rip off company that I will never use again. I had a problem with an icemaker and told the representative the problem which just meant to install a new icemaker. The technician came, spent 10 minutes and said he had to order the part. For this I was charged $89.95. They ordered the part and charged me $168.49 for the part and shipping plus $90 labor for a 20 minute job. I looked online and could buy the exact part for $64.95 with free shipping. So I ended up paying $348.88 for a 20 minute installation of a $64,95 part. Avoid this company. read more

He is a good listener and doesn't try to see beyond your budget. When I have had problems with a product they have always made things right and they have helped me out in a pinch when I needed an appliance right away because the old one broke. We got better appliances at just a slightly higher price and they managed to deliver them right after the Labor Day weekend. The delivery men were great! My experience was fairly simple. Refrigerator hadn't operated for 2 days, wasn't working when the tech arrived- - - was working when he left. Also must add he hung around for a period of time to confirm the unit was operating properly. No parts replacement and no additional costs.
