My husband and I discovered Fielack 7 years ago after going through many search online and reading reviews and we decided to go with them on needed electrical works done outside the house. I was very worried if we made the right choice. As of today we still calling Fielack when we have electrical issues. In December we had to replace 2 outside outlets and few minor inside things done, Jim and a tech ( very nice guy), both the tech and Jim were nice took care of them and I feel safer. Yesterday, we had few things needed done including adding a sub panel. The techs that were here were great. They didn't make a mess and cleaned up afterward, vey clean and neat. At first I was afraid to see what my wall was going to look like after cutting into it to add a sub panel, it was not bad at all! I was like oh wow and I m pretty picky about everything. After the techs left, at approx 5pm I needed to do many washes and dry, all of a sudden my dryer wouldn't turn on. I reset it , uplug the cord, and went to the breaker to switch off and back on , thinking maybe it needed to reset. After few tries I gave up and thought may be the techs forgot to reconnect something? I panicked and was upset because Fielack was closed and I had to do my washes and dry. I called 3x the office and left a message and reached out to the emergency line and spoke with Adam. Adam came and solved the issue. There wasn't a disconnection with the wires, it was so happened the dryer breaker was lose. Adam was great, he came right away and I was able to do my washes and dry and I am a happy customer. Although Fielack is slightly pricey but it's worth it knowing the jobs will be done right and they will be there for you when you need them, just like I experienced last night. We have used Fielack Electric for multiple projects over the last ten years. They have always arrived when promised including a courtesy "we're on the way" call. Their team of technicians Jim (lead), Matt, Vertchel and Fermine has always performed their work in a clean, safe and professional manner while answering any and all questions we've had before, during after their work. Jim's knowledge of the anatomy of a house has made some of the long runs of cabling they have done a snap. Work they've performed for us includes: diagnosed and remediated overloaded circuits; moved and upgraded electric panel with surge protection; completed rewire of bathroom; installed new GFCI circuits for appliances; installed new ceiling fans; replaced and redressed outlets and switches; installed ethernet line which required navigating the wire around the entire house; ran cabling through tight crawl spaces on the hottest day in the middle of the summer without complaint; coordinated required inspections. I have used this company for many, many years, always with good results. In this case I had an old vent fan/light fixture combination in my bathroom which was old and had stopped working. Lou was able to schedule me in a timely basis a couple of days later. My repairman was Nicholas , a very nice young man who did a thorough job, scoped out the problem and also checked my breaker box to be certain there were not other issues. He went outside to see if the hood lifted on the vent pipe on the roof when the new fixture parts were in place and the fixture was turned on ( it did!). He had also discovered that the old fixture had become disconnected from the pipe venting it outside, and repaired that issue too. Nice young man with a good work ethic and pleasant attitude. As for those unhappy with the prices, I have found these prices at Fielack meet the industry standard. Electricians are not cheap, thats how it is, but then I have always believed you get what you pay for. I chose Fielack for the second time to install high hats, and I must say that both experiences were excellent. They provided a prompt quote, scheduled the appointment efficiently, and confirmed the day before with a specified time window. I had some serious electrical issues that we found out accidently which could eventually cause an electrical fire in my home. A neighbor recommended Fielack Electric and they came, assessed the work to be done, came back on a holiday and completed the job both inside and outside. Job done was clean, superb and professional. They told me of other issues that needed correcting and came back last week to complete their work. Dave and Kory were quick, professional and very knowledgeable when asked questions. I had Fielack Electric to my home to install dedicated lines for 2 air conditioners when I first purchased my home 4 years ago. Work was completed quickly, efficiently and my rooms were left clean of any debris. I then had them return to install motion lights on my garage. Again, the installation was performed in a professional manner and I did not even have to be home when installation was done. In the spring they did a bunch of things for me - installed new lights inside and out, new smoke detectors, an outlet for the bathroom, fixed my outlets outside, and more!
