Interactions with the owner have been unprofessional and, at times, hostile. Most recently, I was confronted regarding comments I made on social media after I responded to one of the owner's public posts criticizing another local business. The conversation became inappropriate and left me feeling uncomfortable as a customer. I also find it concerning that the owner's social media presence frequently includes negative comments about customers and other local businesses. In a small community, professionalism and respectful communication matter. Unfortunately, based on my experiences with both the food quality and customer service, I cannot recommend this business.
