This was not a premium lens such as Zeiss which is aspheric and has a very durable glare free coating. It does not have blue protect and later finding out polycarbonate is a poor choice of material the Rx in question. A high index lens would have been more suitable, not to even mention polycarbonate has the worse abbe value in all lens options. The price paid was them railroading me. The cost of a standard polycarbonate lens with a standard anti reflective coating to the practice is close to the 5 dollar range. They charged over 400 I totally understand that the practice needs to make a profit, but that profit totally shakes and strangles the money out of their patients I recommend that anyone reading this first do not go there and 2 do research on how much opticians charge for their lenses and ask questions on material, features, brand, and warranties.

I went there thinking it was an emergency. I had one appointment and was scheduled to come back for a follow up. I was 15 minutes late and was told that I was late and no more appointments were available. In the interum, I was advised by the Eye Institute office and given a name for yet a different "tribal" doctor who repeated all the exact same duplicious tests as the Eye Institute and billed for the exact same tests which costed an equal duplicious payment for the same exam! The cortisone treatment was misperscribed and I continued to suffer in pain. I returned to my original Eye professional (not previously mentioned) who immediately sent me to their specialist, Advanced Eye Care. This medical office healed the issue. Being it was serious I was immediately placed on an extended predisone treatment with several follow up visits for months. I felt a bit scammed being passed around as a cash cow only to be milked for every possible nickel with no results. Obviously the bottom line was money as the main objective.

Hello everyone, I am writing a review to provide my experience during the visit to this office…read more(Clifton location). I have been attending this clinic for a long time, and had no issues until yesterday. I came in due to discomfort in my left eye. The doctor stated that I will need to use a medication based on the diagnosis. However, the pharmacy never obtained the prescription. When I called the clinic, I was told they would speak with the doctor and call me back. I never received a call back. Today I called the clinic for a follow-up. The individual I spoke to told me that the manager will call me because this was an urgent matter. Once again, I did not receive a call. Eventually, the pharmacy informed me that the prescribed medication was over the counter; however, the doctor only instructed me to use it at night and did not provide a specific timeframe for use. When I called again for clarification, I was told the doctor was unavailable and that I would need to wait until Monday. Overall, this was a negative experience that I do not wish on others. For individuals considering this clinic, I strongly recommend confirming that prescriptions are sent to the pharmacy, asking for clear instructions from the doctor, and addressing any questions you may have. Unfortunately, the clinic's limited support for the high cost is unacceptable. Thank you. Gracias.
