There is an online booking option which can be daunting but easy to navigate. Parking: there is a row of parking spots at the entrance of the Spa, which only has a few spots. I luckily had one spot open when I arrived. Would recommend coming a little early to the appointment to ensure you can find a spot. Greeting/First impressions: when you walk out of the elevator onto the third floor, you enter a calm, green, serene entrance. When you walk into the gift shop, there are many beauty/skin care products for sale, bathing suits, a bar, and health snacks available for purchase. The greeters in the front checking you in are nice and go over all of the spa rules and give a tour. Amenities: you first get fitted with clean slippers to use throughout the spa area, the slippers are nice and warm. Then you get a plush robe to go with it. The locker rooms have large lockers, towels, skin care, and hair care products along with rain shower bathing areas. There is a himalayan salt sauna room in each of the mens and womens locker rooms. There is a eucalyptus steam room (it gets HOT!), a hot therapy pool, and cold plunge available for use. This is available to anyone who has access to the amenities pass (any service over $100). There are menus with drinks and snacks available to order, this can be brought to you while in the pools or the relaxation room. There is also a small rooftop area to relax outside. Massage: I got a deep tissue massage with Aura. I typically ask to have the shoulders worked on the most, but she hit trigger points in even the smallest muscles in my hands and feet. Her hands are truly magical - would recommend booking with her if able! Checkout: check out was simple and quick, you pay at the end of your visit. They even gave a little parting gift of a thank you note and a sample anti inflammatory dark chocolate for the ride home. Overall, the bang was worth the buck!

I was given plenty of time to get changed and comfortable without feeling rushed or taking too much time. A ground-level heater made the massage table comfortable. It was also nice to finally find an LMT that used a reserved amount of oils/lotions so you didn't feel like you were walking out of the spa covered in Crisco. Montana asked me about problem areas and focused efforts on those muscle groups, applying just the right amount of pressure, checking in throughout to make sure everything was just right. I've tweaked some things in my back at the gym and these last few sessions have really helped. This is my new go-to spa for massages. It wasn't brought to our attention that there were showers, sandals, or additional post service accouterment like razors, combs, lotion, hair ties, dry shampoo, etc. It would have been nice to know ahead of time so we could come prepared. We were told about the robes available to use so that was nice. I've never had a maternity massage so I can't compare it but it was nice. Took a little trial and error to get comfortable. They offer a bolster to allow you to lie on your stomach. I think perhaps it's better suited for someone not so far along, or just with different anatomy. The hole for my stomach did not feel deep enough and I felt pressure on my belly which was uncomfortable. My masseuse was gracious to work with me to get comfortable on my side and had a bolster to lie on my back as well. The "scalp treatment" was pretty basic and left much to be desired. I think they put peppermint oil on their fingers and then push your hair around your head. It absolutely was not worth the time or price we paid. I kept my opinions to myself as I tend to be a tougher critic than my husband but as we left he mentioned his thoughts on the "scalp treatment"- his words were I could have done without that- the hair dresser does a better job- I agree. We usually go to Panacea Spa but they were booked so a friend suggested Woodhouse Spa. It's really difficult to compare the two as Panacea is a true luxury experience albeit with a price tag to match. With our scalp add ons we paid almost the same as we would have at Panacea and by no means was it a paralleled experience. We might consider trying a basic massage service again but certainly not our first pick here in Columbus. Not bad just not amazing.

The room seats 6 and is dimly lit so it is a very relaxing experience. Tissues & ear buds are provided at each station. The lobby is really quite charming and the staff are incredibly friendly and eager to ensure that you have a pleasant experience while you are there. I really like their aesthetic very much. I had been sick weeks before my visit and had some congestion I couldn't shake. 15 minutes into the session I felt a sense of relief and was once again able to breathe freely through my nose. Again, this was my experience and I can't guarantee the same for anyone else, but I do know that there were other certain benefits such as stress reduction. Beyond the salt room that I so enjoy, there are many other services available ranging from a salt play station for kids to massage.

I sprang for a "journey" package which included a few things that I will outline below: 90 min Higher Realm CBD Massage - Dale was fantastic. They made sure I was comfortable and communicated well through the process. It was a bit more movement than I've experienced for a massage before but found it really quite enjoyable. Aura Photography Reading - Lex was kind and listened to what I had to say and used both that information and my photo to dive in deeper to my life. Obviously it's all a little "woo woo" but there are certainly learnings that can be taken from it. I love card readings because they help me critically think about things. She was great and I would love to come back and see if and how my reading changes in 6 months - 1 year. She seemed very knowledgable. Infrared Sauna - This was the part I wasn't very excited about but it was super pleasant. There are different options that change the temperature and the run time of the sauna. My cycle was for "pain relief" which I found to be hot but not to the sweating point. Included was a CBD gummy as well as a glass of kombucha. No way I can afford this on the regular, but I would totally return for special occasions or once a year as a lil treat.
