I recieved a gift card to Panacea Luxury Spa. I booked the appointment on the phone, so I can clarify some of the services, and this was an easy process. There is an online booking option which can be daunting but easy to navigate. Parking: there is a row of parking spots at the entrance of the Spa, which only has a few spots. I luckily had one spot open when I arrived. Would recommend coming a little early to the appointment to ensure you can find a spot. Greeting/First impressions: when you walk out of the elevator onto the third floor, you enter a calm, green, serene entrance. When you walk into the gift shop, there are many beauty/skin care products for sale, bathing suits, a bar, and health snacks available for purchase. The greeters in the front checking you in are nice and go over all of the spa rules and give a tour. Amenities: you first get fitted with clean slippers to use throughout the spa area, the slippers are nice and warm. Then you get a plush robe to go with it. The locker rooms have large lockers, towels, skin care, and hair care products along with rain shower bathing areas. There is a himalayan salt sauna room in each of the mens and womens locker rooms. There is a eucalyptus steam room (it gets HOT!), a hot therapy pool, and cold plunge available for use. This is available to anyone who has access to the amenities pass (any service over $100). There are menus with drinks and snacks available to order, this can be brought to you while in the pools or the relaxation room. There is also a small rooftop area to relax outside. Massage: I got a deep tissue massage with Aura. I typically ask to have the shoulders worked on the most, but she hit trigger points in even the smallest muscles in my hands and feet. Her hands are truly magical - would recommend booking with her if able! Checkout: check out was simple and quick, you pay at the end of your visit. They even gave a little parting gift of a thank you note and a sample anti inflammatory dark chocolate for the ride home. Overall, the bang was worth the buck! read more

My dad not negatively ve experience was in the nail studio when a "Manager" was getting a pedicure to test a new nail tech -- she spent the entire hour talking about herself to the 3 other nail techs, TOTALLY IGNORING THE 3 CUSTOMERS when were there, too. My nail experience was not relaxing - - rather, it was totally dominated by this manager and her relationship with her staff.. My sister and I came to Panacea Luxury Spa from out of town for a mom's weekend away, celebrating our birthdays this past weekend. I called in September 2025 to get our services booked (tried to get something earlier but they didn't have availability for a couples massage until December - we wanted to do a massage together) Upon arrival we were greeted by super friendly employees who helped us finish our paperwork (we had multiple services and had to do the same paperwork for each service we signed up for and didn't realize it). After paperwork we were taken on the grand tour and then taken to the locker area where we changed into robes and sandals before our day started. The locker area was very small and LOTS of people. We started with manicures and pedicures and my technician Aryn was INCREDIBLE!! So kind and so fun to chat with and get to know! Following our mani/pedi we enjoyed the amenities - where we did the sauna, cold plunge pool, whirl pool, eucalyptus steam room, and enjoyed ourselves in the quiet area. The amenities were amazing but definitely small for the amount of people they booked services for. The pool area was VERY slick and I felt like most of the time if you couldn't find the workers for a drink refill or question you could find them squeegeeing the floors to prevent them from being so slick. After our 2 hour break between services we were ready for our couples (aka friends) massage. However when I was called back my sister was not brought back with me. We said we thought it was the couples massage to which Robert (the therapist) responded, "are you guys a couple?" It made for a very uncomfortable situation and feeling to start my massage experience. He then explained the 2 couples massage rooms were booked and there was no way to accommodate. That was completely fine but we had ZERO idea prior to that moment. Upon checking out we also learned that the complimentary beverage for each of us was also not granted since we didn't have a couples massage - I tried explaining that I booked the couples massage and was expecting that and the free drink and the person checking me out just replied with "you are expected to pay for services and drinks in which you receive" and then repeated all the things I was being charged for. I was simply trying to understand why we didn't get the services we initially booked and she must have not understood or cared to understand. Overall it was a beautiful spa and I can assure you, you won't find another like it - however for the price paid, time I waited from booking to getting the services and then not receiving the services nor the free drink like I booked was really off putting & disappointing when I paid over $450 for this experience. read more

I am going with four stars because I really enjoyed the service I had done, but the spa itself was a mixed bag for me. Overall, I did not think it qualified as a luxurious experience. Positives: Massage therapy service was excellent. Treatments rooms are large and comfortable. Enjoyed the fresh fruit. Nice touch. Sauna was truly hot - perfect temperature. Eucalyptus steam room. Negatives: People using their phones everywhere. "No phone use" rule not enforced at all. Womens locker room was tiny, with no real changing area and no privacy. Very crowded on a weekday and waits for bathrooms, etc. More people at one time than they really have space for...so not very relaxing. read more

Wow! This is what you imagine when you say day spa. First they give you HEATED slippers and it's the best entrance possible. They have beautiful facilities including a Himalayan salt room, steam room, hot tub and cold plunge. I had a massage and that lady put me in a coma! My husband and I spent $650 at Panacea on Tuesday, getting 2-hour massages and attempting to have a spa day as a minimoon treat right after our wedding. The power went out right as we were checking in and remained down for the first hour and a half we were there -- the steam room didn't work, the jets on the hot tub didn't work, the sauna didn't work, there was no power in the building. The power came back on halfway through our massages. Afterward, we had only an hour until close, which means we really only had about 30 minutes to use the amenities before we needed to shower and get ready to leave so the employees could clean up and go home. A business that cares about customer service and client satisfaction would try to remedy this situation by offering complimentary day passes so we could return to get our money's worth of a spa day. Honestly, I fully expected that -- thought it was a no-brainer. Several employees told me that sounded reasonable and could probably happen, and one handed me a card to call the manager. When I called her, she refused to issue us any sort of complimentary or even discounted anything. I'm honestly shocked. Not only is this weirdly stingy and poor customer service; it's also a bad sales tactic. You had locals who would've returned to your spa and recommended it to others (in fact, it wasn't my first visit), but now you've stiffed us, lost repeat customers, and gotten this blunt review. UPDATE: The Director of Spa Operations just called me and doubled down, saying we could've been enjoying the COLD PLUNGE for the first HOUR AND A HALF we were there without power. LOL the cold plunge was freezing -- not a place to steep and relax. The management of this place gets zero stars. We won't be back. read more

Finally able to get a couples's massage at Panacea Luxury Spa, which is the sort of day spa we were hoping would open in Columbus. There is a co-ed wet area with a steam room, hot tub, plunge pool, and a very nice dry sauna in each locker room. All of your typical salon services are available, as well as not-so-typical hyperbaric oxygen chamber. They have a few small areas to lounge on swings or in chairs, and also a spacious rooftop patio (not connected to the spa lounge area, which forces you to walk through the retail/ check-in area in a robe). It is definitely pricy, but it's the sort of place we have traveled to for similar amenities. The staff seems a little inexperienced, check-in was clunky, and the cocktails we ordered were meh (no café or food), but we switched out to wine and cider. The space is whimsical and modern. We left our massages in a very good way! We'll definitely go back. read more

Definitely a 5 star experience here! Came in for a Rasul Mud Couples Massage and the entire experience was incredible. We were greeted with a complimentary glass of champagne to celebrate their 1 year anniversary. The inside has a little boutique and bar that you can browse. The staff takes you around and gives you a tour and overview of the policy's. We were able to utilize the amenities before the massage and after (they ask you to limit your use to 2 hours total). The massage itself was incredible. The first 30 minutes was the Rasul Mud, and then we upgraded to the firm pressure massage which was 60 minutes. The massage therapists were incredible and very attentive. After the massage we utilized the amenities; the Eucalyptus Steam Room was without a doubt our favorite, with the hot tub and cold plunge pool right behind it. I am glad we booked a morning appointment as it was much less busy when we arrived. Around 1 pm it started to get busy and space is definitely limited in the locker room and amenity areas. With increased people comes increased noise, and there didn't really seem to be anyone enforcing the "please keep noise to a minimum". Overall, an incredible experience. You pay for exactly what you get, and this was worth every penny. We will certainly be back! read more

We held my daughters wedding shower in October 2025 and the event area was so perfect. Kendall was wonderful helping me to plan the event and gave great recommendations. The space was just the right size and beautiful. Several shower guests told us that it was the best bridal shower they had ever been too. After scheduling the shower, I brought my daughters and a friend to Panacea for happy hour. This is our very favorite happy hour location. Sadly Happy Hour is only offered in the warmer months in order to take advantage of the patio (which is exquisite, BTW). But hopefully they would consider happy hour during the winter as well (hint, hint). read more

I was warmly greeted and given a tour around the spa. I started my day with a firm pressure massage- it was incredible and very relaxing! First of all, this place is heavenly. You enter through an adorable little boutique with clothes, swimsuits, home goods, spa things, trinkets etc. After you check in, they bring you into the spa where you remove your shoes and are given warmed (!) slides. They give you a quick tour before your service. First they take you through the locker rooms, which contain rainfall showers and Himalayan salt rooms that are warmed. Then through the hydrotherapy room that has a hot tub, a cold plunge and a steam room. And finally into the relaxation room, where you will wait for your appointment after you change into your robe. Everything is beautiful, clean and just lovely. I had an hour and a half Swedish massage with Kaylee. She was very friendly and did an amazing job. She found all of the knots in my back and worked them all out. Afterwards I did the hyperbaric oxygen therapy and it was interesting. It's not so much a relaxing spa experience but I did it for the health benefits. This would be an amazing place to go with your girlfriends or family members. With all of the amenities, it would just be a great place to hang out and catch up before or after you get your services done. As soon as I heard about this new luxury spa I knew I had to check it out. I don't get massages often, and I like to focus on neck and shoulders. I figured a 30 min focus massage would fit my needs and allow me to check this place out. My first suggestion is I would prefer the option to book the massage online for next available provider by gender. Many other spas use this option, and some people want the first available appointment but are only comfortable if a male or female is their massage therapist. Otherwise booking online was quite easy. I was aware when I booked that my 30min massage did not qualify for use of the amenities such as the plunge pools. I still assumed I would get a robe and locker and relaxation waiting room, however that was not the case. I was still able to access an outdoor space and the bar and shop area though. I was also given a small water while I waited. I waited in a chair next to the check in desk and just outside the spa door until called back. I traded my shoes for slippers (more like rubber slides) and they were warmed! A nice touch. And then carried my shoes and purse with me into the massage room. My massage therapist was Mitch, and he was professional and had some good techniques. I was happy with my massage service. Overall this place is beautiful and has so many spaces! I think that I will definitely have to come back for a service over $100 that qualifies for the use of amenities, or maybe even just buy an amenities pass . Yes. Yes. Yes. Everyone needs to have a massage at Panacea because the experience is truly unbelievable. The amenities included in your session are amazing! I have never done something like this, and not in Cbus. When you book a service over $100, you get to use their amenities. These included a gender specific sauna, hot tub, cold plunge, eucalyptus steam room, relaxation room with swings, and outdoor patio (was too cold for us to use). You're given a robe and slides, and can come two hours before or two hours after your appointment to use everything. I loved it all! It was fun getting to meet the others who were doing the same and most were with someone celebrating. Good energy. I do wish the phones away vibe was preached more. Everyone is in their swimsuits, and in the locker rooms, people are changing. The sauna for the women's is in the locker room, and also has clear window. So anyone can look in and out. At times, this felt awkward. Like we were watching from an enclosure. But I did not appreciate the woman next to me who was on her phone is the sauna for around 30 minutes. No one said anything to her, and I felt it was rude to everyone else. The phone rule was also ignored while guests/influencers took videos using the amenities. I understand it's hard to monitor that, but when the workers walk by to replace towels and clean, maybe they could say something? Anyways - the space is absolutely gorgeous and I've already booked an appointment for my anniversary. This is such a fun experience for couples, friends, bachelorettes, and mother daughter. read more
