Mark was very informative; answering all our questions. We live three hours away and were looking for specific features: diesel, grill guard, B&W hitch, running boards, long box, crew cab. This truck had it all and was priced well. We asked about trading our classic car and they were open to the trade. Mark even offered to have the truck delivered to us at no additional charge. Again - this is a 3 hour drive each way. Delivery was flawless! We drove the truck about 200 mile when the check engine light came on, followed by a warning that it would go into limp mode. We went straight to a dealer near us with a master diesel mechanic and he determined it was a DEF system issue. We contacted Mark our salesman and he stated that the dealership would honor their 3 month/3000 mile warranty. We had the repairs completed and Mike the owner of Country Truck contacted the mechanic shop and paid the bill as per the warranty. They stand behind their vehicles and offer great service to the buyer.

They promised him they would install after market parts since he had made such a large down payment. Long story short, the turbo in his truck was replaced 3 times with no improvement. After market parts were never installed, although they were promised. 8 months later after haggling with them they finally ordered his air bags. He had to install those too. The truck has never run right other than when he purchased it. It's been a complete money pit. Don't do business with Approved Auto unless you want holes in your pockets too.

Since I was moving out of state 2 days after my scheduled pickup, I was forced to hire another company and had 2 pay $425 more due to less than 2 days prior to pickup. I would never recommend Ship A Car Direct to anyone, including my worst enemy.
