On August 1st, 2024, I hired a Fast Track Plumber, LLC, to replace two outdoor faucet bids. I chose…read morethis plumber because of its 5-star rating, reviews and the initial conversation. After we agreed on the type of replacement faucets (quarter-turn) and the cost; they installed black bibs (360-turn) instead of the agreed-upon faucets. The owner tried to convince me to accept subpar work by indicating that the black faucets were good and did not require anchoring. When, I touched the faucet/bib it freely moved. I have attached pictures showing the old blue faucets, the replaced black bids (not anchored), and the hopefully correctly replaced quarter- turn blue faucets. I informed the owner who was on-site this was unacceptable and caulk was not a stabilizer. The owner then went and purchased the faucets bibs initially requested which cost approximately $10 each and removed the makeshift black bibs. It only took about 5 minutes to change each faucet/ bib. I can't help but wonder whether my gender (female), unethical work practices or any unknown variables played a role in this situation. Why would this company not install what was requested and agreed upon? Why would anyone cause a loose, exposed, or unsecured water pipe that could lead to a costly disaster? While I typically don't leave negative reviews even when mishaps occur, this experience was unacceptable. Cost approximately $350.

They charged me $75 to inspect a sprinkler valve issue and submitted a claim stating the enclosure was "FULL of dirt" and needed $250 worth of digging. This was completely false--the solenoid (part needing replacement) and top of the pipe were clearly above the soil line and fully accessible, as confirmed by photos. Their misrepresentation led to my warranty claim being denied. When I contacted them directly to request a refund for the inaccurate report, they refused and stood by their statement, despite clear evidence to the contrary. I expect honesty and professionalism from service providers--especially when their assessments impact warranty coverage. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience here.

After being given $3000 (half the money for the job) we did not see Glen again for at least a week. Once he did show back up he did very little work and only came back about once every week or two. In two months he only tore the bathroom apart and claimed to have repaired the roof before disappearing again and dodging phone calls. He imformed us he had to use our money to fix his truck and was trying to finish some other jobs to offord to finish our bathroom. This process started in mid to late September. The bathroom is still in pieces and he has not spoken to us since December, and that was only to tell us to sue him if we want to. My father-in-law is handicapped and has been having to use the guest bathroom for the past 7 months. The roof still leaks and we are now having to use the remaining money to buy the materials and complete the work ourselves, as he tore everything out of the bathroom and left the trash in our front yard before vanishing with our money.
