They say call for a quote, I called got no answer so i submitted the form online, they send back wanting the address, now i have not talked to an actual person yet... and with all the scams out there i called a day or two after the email was sent i left a message, they never got back to me... now fast forward today i thought they were still coming out so i called once again left a message saying how they never got back to me and i needed to know what was what.. the guy was rude.. he said they tried to communicate with me... by one email... no call nothing... and today was our last day to get all the stuff out now the landlords are probably going to charge us cause we have no way to get all the bulk junk stuff gone. I hope im the only one who will ever have this issue. read more

These young men are the greatest!! Super friendly, professional and dependable. I called them because I needed an item removed because it was in the way of a project. They made time to hustle over right away the same day to help me out. The price was fair and the service was great. The mover's personality was great. However, their communication from receptionist to driver is completely off. My story: I called in as I had a sectional I needed removed. The receptionist's main focus was on when I was available. Asking me not once, not twice, but three times!! "When do you want the drivers out there?" When all I was originally asking for was a quote. After the receptionist got to the point of my call, she quoted me $70 for a sectional removal. Great! I scheduled the time for removal on the following day. The drivers show up on time! Even give me a call ahead of time! I'm thinking this is going well. Then it turns for the worst. Before arriving the driver asks me on the phone to text him my address, so he has it. Again the receptionist clearly didn't communicate this. Now, the drivers are at my door. And ask to see "my three seat couch". I inform them "No. I don't have a three seat couch. It is a sectional" and show it to them. Even had the darned thing wrapped in moving shrink wrap!! The drivers then inform me that it is $100 for a sectional. I told them the receptionist quoted me for $70. Their response? Showing me the pricing list on their website from their phone which simply states "couch/sofa - $70-$100". They continue by explaining couches start at $70, but sectional is $100. (Understand this is a very tiny IKEA sectional that is in two pieces smaller than a three seat couch!) Whatever, I just need this piece of furniture out of my house. I agree to the $100. I ask if they take card payments. (NOTE! I asked the receptionist this, and she confirmed, but now I don't know if the receptionists even understands the business she works for). "We do!" The driver says. "But do you have a small usb charger as it's dead?" Wow. But I'm a team player, so I charge the device to allow me to pay more than I was quoted. They move the sectional down and out of my apartment. I pay, even tip (because I'm not a monster), and they offer to give me a coupon for my next purchase, but "it's in the truck" so they'll have to be back. They come back three minutes later to ASK FOR A PEN to write the coupon on a business card. But say "don't worry you can give it to any driver". I think my nightmare is over, but the driver then asks "how is the management at your apartment complex?" as "we are trying to expand our market." I simply tell them "I don't know" as now I want them gone. The ONLY reason I am giving two stars is because the drivers were very personable and on time. User beware! Don't trust what is quoted by the receptionist, as clearly there is no communication and the drivers won't give you the REAL price until they are in your house. Going elsewhere next time! read more

OK so I bought an old home, but new to us. The owner cut and ran after final inspection. He even left his medicine and toothbrushes. The day before my belongings are to arrive I go to get my keys and everything he owned, still in the home, the detached garage and shed. I started to cry. I wiped my tears and made some calls. Co-Owner was there that afternoon and saved me time, headache and again tears. I finally had the last load of trash ( remodeled detached garage) and who did I call, same guy.
