This Showcase in a Cinema De Lux (similar but modern to the Attleboro location) The facility is very clean and d spacious. Every employee I encountered was polite and informative. Each theater had ample recline seating with a mini table for anything you purchase from concessions. I would definitely recommend this cinema to others.

Yay to the new seats! This cinema has a very nice makeover. Compared to apple cinemas- showcase wins in comfort. These recliners are comfy and you melt into the cushion- (apples seats were a bit hard.) You can pick seats online and print out your pre-paid tickets at any number of kiosk. Of course you can still buy tickets as walk-in. Bar area has nice drink options, which I highly recommended as you lay back in your comfy chair. Also- you can totally swap seats if you don't like the ones you chose, just ask the usher to change them for you. It's hard to judge a good seat from the internet.

Definitely upgrades and love the recliners. They are priced the same as everyone is priced now. Very rarely are we here in a full theater.

A/C must be off or broken. It's at least 80 degrees in here and it's not even very hot outside. Not a place to come on a hot day.

Every guest that I've spoken to has been so nice. Sometimes you get someone unhappy & we ALWAYS try to rectify a situation. But it is not up to the usher. The issue is brought to the attention of management who handles it. In response to previous reviewer, Bre, things aren't always as reported. My understanding of what happened was she arrived late. That happens. But the show was on & attempting to communicate with the "squatters" & Bre could be disruptive to the performers. (Many places don't even allow entry while performers are actively doing their show). So they were told they had to wait for intermission but were given other seats in the meantime.

The theatre recently became part of the Spectacle Live family, which also manages the Jane Pickens Theatre in Newport, and several other performance venues across New England. We were here for Sean Healey's Celtic Christmas show earlier this week, and it was a great experience. We arrived for the 7:30 show at about 7:10 and went very quickly through the security line and the ticket checkers. AS the Brown University shooter was still at large, it was comforting to see an increased police presence at the show - The theatre is in a "good" neighborhood with no reason for extra security, but given the recent events it was great to see they were taking their patrons' safety seriously. The seats in the theatre are very comfortable and even have cup holders. It's a small to medium sized venue and there's not a bad seat in the house! It is connected to a lounge/bar, so there are plenty of drinks available that youc an take in to the concert area. Bathrooms are plentiful, and are on the same level as the seating area, and there is a large paring lot across the street behind Cranston City Hall that is free for concert goers to use in the evenings. Rolfe Square is in walking distance, with many dinner choices nearby. If you haven't been to the Park before, definitely check it out! It's a quality theatre with a great lineup of events!

If that aspect of the business isn't specifically advertised, it can be a bit off putting for someone who doesn't know what they're walking into. Our biggest issue stems from that fact that this place took pictures of my children and put them on their social media. My wife reached out via chat on Instagram and was ignored. My wife called the business and talked directly to the owner and was met with indifference. She said that the Instagram account was ran.by someone else and she would reach out before pushing my wife off the phone. It was eventually removed and replaced, sarcastically, with a picture of my children with yellow smiley faces blocking them. The Instagram account also blocked my wife who only asked for the pictures to be removed. It wasn't until after this that we saw that she also posted pictures of our children to FACEBOOK and those weren't removed. We tried calling again, during business hours, and the phone was off. So I went there and spoke to her myself. I explained to her that putting images of children is against Rhode Island law. After making me wait, she got on her own phone and all of a sudden had access. She deleted the pictures and I went on my way. I don't recommend this place unless you're a religious zealot looking to spend the afternoon with an insufferable Karen who thinks breaking the law is ok because she's "always done it."

Deep in the bowels of this commercial complex, a group of friends carve out a secret 750 sq. ft. home for themselves, away from the prying eyes of mall security and the daylight reminder of things they would rather not think about. But what comes of letting our hurt take up too much room inside of us? Does every empty space always need to be filled? Or sometimes, is it all right to let what is hollow stay hollow? Loosely inspired by a true story, One Providence Place is an original 90-minute musical dramedy about art, grief, family, and the most carpeted mall in America. The space- Black Box: The Black Box is a nice little space nestled all the way to the right of AS220. Enough to fit about 30-40 audience members. Every seat is a good seat and it has it's own bathrooms. The play: It was more drama than comedy. I was not expecting that. After re-reading the description, they advertised it as dealing with grief and it was more a play about exactly that. I wanted it to be more comical and closer to the actual story.
