When to Dave and Busters to watch the Super Bowl and the Halftime show surprisingly we got the last seats at the bar. The place was full but not jammed back which I could appreciate. The bar was full and yet we didn't have to wait to order drinks nor food. Everyone behind the bar was attentive and nice. There were enough tvs all around and some big screen tvs there is a section for sitting down and a sections to play all sorts of gaming machines. They did not have reservations in this specific day but it wasn't needed. The menu had options as did the drink menu. Reasonably priced. I would return. Came here after visiting the pumpkin spectacular We ordered the perfect pink patron rita and the Spicy Hombres rita. The drinks were good and overflowing from the glass! We ordered the Philly cheesesteak eggrolls and the cowboy sampler with burger sliders, ribs and fries. We purchased the $25 with extra $4 ($29) game card. A game did malfunction but the staff were able to fix it easily and refund my tokens spent with another game round. Everything came out hot and fresh but our sever kept forgetting stuff. I can't remember her name but it was very unique and pretty, but her service skills lacked. We kept asking for waters which she kept forgetting and had to ask a buss-boy for them. Wednesday half price tokens is an amazing deal on games. My favorite game I found now is the Funko pop machine. The menu also has a lot of variety of options. I got the Brekky Smashed burger was amazing and the fries were cooked to perfection. Cheese Stick Stack was nice and crispy with plenty of mozzarella. Last the Backwoods Blueberry lemonade tasted amazing. The waitress was amazing. Perfect place to watch sports on the big screen or just rest after playing in the arcade. Nursey and Frainy did an excellent job getting us situated at DB, even with a long line and a lot of pressure. They worked smoothly together, stayed calm, and kept everything moving efficiently. On top of that, they were genuinely funny and a delight to meet, which made the wait much more enjoyable. Their teamwork and positive attitude really stood out and made the experience a great one. Dave & Buster's is a family-friendly chain offering a sports-bar-style setting for American food and many arcade games including virtual reality games. Dave & Buster's is where my husband and I had our first date so it has a near and dear spot in my heart. This Dave & Buster's location is on the top floor of Providence Place Mall across from Showcase cinemas. When you walk in, there are 2 kiosks where you can get a PowerCard and check if your PowerCard has any value. We headed into the arcade space. We played a connect 4 hoops game where you have to shoot hoops to move your red or yellow chip; Mario Kart; air hockey; shoot hoops; a hungry hungry hippos game where you sit on the hippo and grab the balls; a shooting game. All the games were fun and there were no issues using the PowerCard. The games we played weren't for tickets, but you can also earn tickets to redeem items. On Memorial Day around noon, there were only a few people dining in and a few people walking around playing games. It wasn't too crowded. We spent 90 chips and walking around for about an hour. In Providence with the grandsons for the NCAA Hockey regionals and needed a place to entertain the guys. This was a power play goal!! Great gaming area and really good food. I am a wings snob and the Cajun dry rub wings were excellent. Perfect coating of dry rub, crisp exterior and moist interior. Fully cooked and served hot to the table. Service was really good. My husband and I recently took someone here who enjoys Dave & Buster's. we are much older and honestly had a terrific time. I loved playing the old school games that I grew up with. And when they wanted to play sone more, we sat up at the bar and the bartenders were lovely. We enjoyed some cold drinks while the rest of the party finished up playing. I surprised myself enjoying it, as I had not been here since my adult daughter was a little girl! I would recommend it for something fun to do. What an absolute let down. We had just visited just a few months ago and were able to use a Groupon which went on different cards but all used in the same visit. We arrive this weekend after purchasing 100$ worth of Groupon codes and I was only able to use 1 20$ portion of it and had to then spend another 100$ or better on location. In addition to drinks and food this becomes Disney world type of prices. Now we have 80$ worth of play that will have to be broken up into 4 visits that will never end up happening because we live an hour away. The food was subpar and most def not an attraction of visiting again. The ambiance is pretty basic and similar to any arcade/bar/restaurant vibe. We arrive to try and get a table in the area that was wide opened only to be turned away to "reservations" and then immediately able to book on open table and get seated. Is this a new policy to reserve tables for an app based reservation company? Does it make sense to turn down an already paying customer for an incentivized app company in which the customer may no call no show or may not purchase any play cards. I mean there must be back end kick backs or incentive based sales tactics behind the scenes working with open table?! Otherwise I don't get the policy of turning away good business. The franchise definitely needs to reconsider some of these "new" Policies if they want to ensure repeat customers Will we return? That's debatable read more

First let me start and say that..if you coming hungry please don't eat here lol the food here is very mediocre even less than that. I ordered a burger with fries and the fries was very dry and cold and the burger wasn't good ! We also came to play and have some fun and it was fun but some of the games we came to play was out of service which was very disappointing to my little boy The service there is ok but really not more than that We tried to point out and address to one of their employees about the issues we had with some of their games but he couldn't help up much oh well. We had reservations to eat here last night. It wasn't busy, surprisingly. We were seated and seemingly forgotten about. Unfortunately, we waited 25 minutes until anyone came to take our drink order. A bunch of workers saw us waiting but no one did anything about it. Everything was pretty slow afterwards. Our waiter was nice, and he did a good job once someone noticed we were waiting forever. Definitely not what it used to be! What happened to the menu? They used to have pages of options and now there were literally 5, with 2 of them being burgers. And the food, wasn't great. My nachos were straight cold. Our waiter was beyond friendly and kind but that's where anything good stopped. Half the arcade games were down. The prizes were ridiculously marked. My toddler wanted a small Dave and busters branded ball but it was 800 points. Sorry kiddo, mom's $25 of game play couldn't win you this SMALL BALL. This place is amazing! As far as D&Bs go it has a great arcade, but what I loved was how friendly the staff are. The bartenders were super kind, shoutout Josh! One kinda ignored us, but hey we had others that were a little more attentive. The food was great and was my first time having their food. The pizza, tendies, fries, nachos were all great! Truffle was good but kinda has an after taste I don't love. Try their chipotle tenders! The drinks were amazing. That dangerous waters drink was 10/10 and I even had to google the recipe it was delicious. My only other thing was it's a space for all ages so if you don't love the yelling and presence of several children like me lol, come later at night. I believe after 11 or so there's no kids virtually, so it was a lot more enjoyable then lol. Overall it's an amazing spot right in downtown. SO NOT ALLERGEN FRIENDLY. I ordered the chocolate cake which, as described, does not have any nuts. I was eating it and and noticed it tasted weird so I checked the menu description, which didn't say anything about nuts, so i kept eating. Was then convinced that there definitely was a nut or some sort so i had to DIG for allergy information only to find there is in fact peanut bits in the frosting. I did order on Uber Eats so I can't speak to the in person experience, but if you have an allergy or know people with food allergies, this is a dangerous place to support. read more

Stopped in one night on a weekend getaway with one son, we do that often and just take 1 to allow them their own time. Headed here, the place was mildy empty but yet over an hour wait for seating. The bar/seating location is great with all the TVs and ability to run back & forth to gaming area for kids. Menu is extensive and there are tons of options, our server was super slow & the length of the meal seemed like an eternity but it might have just been an off night. read more

Dave and Busters is a fun place. Everyone knows about all the video games and ticket redemption machines but they also have some pretty good food. My friend Jade & I started coming for lunch on weekdays and it's mostly empty but the staff is great, service is fast & the staff is attentive. The waitress we have had repeatedly is Courtney and she is awesome!! We order the nachos which are great and I've tried a few different menu items. They are all pretty good, but it's really the service that keeps us coming back. Like I mentioned before Courtney is a great waitress and very friendly. She takes time to chat with us about movies, wrestling, friends & family and even have us some history on Dave and Busters! Overall it's a fun place but I wouldn't go as often as I did if it wasn't for Jade. She really enjoys it and likes Courtney a lot. My 2 cents is the food is good, but expensive for what it is. The games are fun, but also expensive for what they are. It's also frustrating that you add "points" to a card to play games, but each games costs an uneven number of points to play which means it's near impossible to use all the points on your card. I went to watch the Patriots game before going to work and got the Cali Caesar Salad Bowl which was absolutely delicious!! The HD big screen was excellent and a tremendous picture. They had surround sound as well!! I ordered a BBQ Chicken Flatbread to go also to take with me to work for dinner that night and accidentally left it on the table since I was in a rush. I called them to see if they had a policy regarding if you forget and leave a take out order on your table and they said they would offer me a full refund or a credit. I took the refund. Like I said phenomenal customer service!! I come here quite a bit and will definitely be back!! I plan on going back an extra time to make up for the inconvience I caused them of having to do a refund. Went to this establishment last night for my fiancé's birthday. The service was horrible, our waitress was never available. Took forever to get our food and once we finally did get it, it was either undercooked, burnt or ice cold. While we have had food here before we have never experienced such horrible service before. We went here for my boyfriends birthday with the entire family. I will say it was a blast and everyone had a great time. The food wasn't bad, not the best ever but the fries were pretty addicting and my pasta was cooked well. The staff was also very friendly, they helped us find a table for our large crowd and were very accommodating. The only thing I didn't like was the prices of the cards to play.
