Eric and Dave were great. I stayed home with the dog while the family left so that the guys could do the floors. Since I was around, I saw how hard they worked and also had a chance to ask them many questions about the process and their experience. We could not be happier with the final product. We live in an old home with pine floors that are at least one hundred years old. They sanded them down to a clarity that we couldn't have expected. Also, the guys applied a finish without fumes so that we were walking on the floors in hours. We're still holding off on putting carpet down, but we've gotten consistent compliments on the fine work done. We are more than happy with the 'new' floors and the effort put it in. The floors in the house I bought were dull, dark and scratched. They clearly hadn't been refinished in 20+ years, if ever. I wanted them done before I moved in, but didn't have anyone, so I tried Showcase Floors based on the strength of their reviews. I gotta say, Eric really breathed new life into these floors. Eric did a great job on my floor. He had to rip up carpet and lay a new floor to match an existing floor. Matched it exactly. The floor he did actually looks better than my original floor.
