The visit took a little longer than expected, but the associate I worked with was helpful and kept me informed along the way. When the incoming call from Enterprise was to notify me the car was sold. I had been instructed to transfer insurance and again my credit had been checked. Multiple checks decrease your rating and should not be done unless there is a deal. I am done and would not recommend this company.
