Apparently, the items were by mistake sent out without being checked over for defects. The company acknowledged this and credited me for their mistake. They did advise to always get pictures emailed before ordering from a salvage yard which will be very helpful to anyone who orders. Since I couldn't remove the rating from before , I wanted to give credit to the staff who graciously helped resolve the issues with our order. I fortunately was able to buy with "cash", so I went to the bank for the cashier's check and in that time, Kyle got the truck reinspected, and all the paperwork was ready to sign as soon as I arrived.
