Seth and I laid out a plan for the parts I had already ordered, my wife and I dropped off our vehicle and parts the same week to Seth and Kim (Kim is great also), and we got to observe some of the work being done. My wife got to be the first of us to drive the truck, and she had a smile on her face the entire way from Ohio back into Michigan: We are extremely pleased with our experience and the quality of work done - I was just under the truck all day yesterday doing rust prevention with my POR-15 products; I was looking at their work close-up, and, perfect, I couldn't be happier... Installing lifts and all of the other modifications are challenging and the parts cost quite a bit. Diversified Truck-Auto & Off-Road IS the best balance. As a business, I look at the years they have been providing quality work, and we need them to survive and thrive as they provide a livelihood for their staff, and they help to build our community; so when they are looking at the balance of work, they are doing their best on pricing, timing, and complete satisfaction (I can see that in the future plans we are discussing for Retrax Eq and a Bed-Slide, among other work).
