Every word on the website is accurate: The truck came at the exact time of the appointment, not expensive, no hidden charges, John is very polite and friendly, and my dog (who is generally shy) liked him. I watched every scrap and page get shredded into near confetti (or so it seemed), and John showed me the empty container. Shred Bull is absolutely as good as it gets. (We contacted several shredding companies before we finally found Shred Bull--even showing up at one with the car full of documents, only to find that although they promised they would shred onsite, they actually put it in a locked bin and another company comes later to shred it.) That's not the way it is with Shred Bull. I mistakenly thought having someone come to the house would be cost-prohibitive, but it's not. Shred Bull answers your email request right away, and puts a high priority on being at your home at the time of your appointment. The owner listed, John, actually came out on our call. Their truck is very cool, and very efficient. You watch as the documents are destroyed. He even had me check the bin he used to dump the documents into his truck to be sure it was empty once it was all shredded in his truck. All of life should be this easy, and this affordable. In a word, awesome! We are in the process of moving and found out late last night that we had a ton of old papers that needed to be shredded. We found Shred Bull online and called first thing this morning. They open at 7am which is great! We left a message, and within a few minutes got both a text message and phone call back from John. He asked us where we lived, and we made arrangements to have him come by between 11 and 11:30am same day. Later on he sent us a text letting us know he was on the way, and he arrived promptly at around 11am. He quoted us $99 (great price for the service!), which we agreed to, and he proceeded to take all of our old paperwork and have his truck shred it all up. Took just a few minutes. Great job! Then later on in the day he sent us a text letting us know that he had overcharged us since we didn't have much to be shredded, so he said he'd refund us $30. We were so happy and just appreciative of his honesty and integrity. Just a great guy and an amazing company. Within minutes of his text he returned the $30 via Paypal. We were just blown away! This a great mobile service that is efficient and fairly priced. I phone on a Monday and had an appointment for the following day to shred documents at our home. For peace of mind we wanted to watch the shredding take place and the windowed truck allowed us to see the process and be reassured our documents were shredded. Took boxes of old taxes to Shredbull. Within 5 minutes they were taken out of my car for me, put in a bin and up into the shredder truck as I watched.
