The storage unit is clean, there is lighting in the unit itself, high ceilings, I feel safe as a woman visiting the facility by myself and the place is secure with reasonable access hours. Daniel is great and I really enjoy working with him through the entire rental process on the phone and in person. We were able to reserve the unit online quickly. They recommend you call in after reserving to confirm final setup and if you plan to rent their free moving truck. It's available on weekdays at noon and weekends 9 am or early afternoon. There's a time limit of 1.5 hr to load and 1.5 hr to unload but it was nice to have the option. I hired 2 movers through a separate service since the truck driver can only drive the truck and it went smoothly. Thanks Nate for driving the truck! read more
