My big complaint was the young lady working the register today, I'd drop a name but she didn't have a name tag on. She greeted the lady in front of me and was polite to her. When I got up, I received no greeting, no smile, nothing. There was an older couple behind me, she was friendly and engaged them as I was paying, offering suggestions to their issue. After I paid, she handed me my receipt, didn't thank me for spending my money there, didn't wish me a nice day. I gave her plenty of opportunities. I took my receipt, smiled at her and told her to have a wonderful day. Didn't cost me anything extra and it is a simple thing to do.
