While reconciling my account on 7/29/26, I noticed a $45 charge for an item I didn't order. I called and spoke with Tiffany, who was incredibly kind and assured me she would speak with the manager, Philip. When I called back the next day, Katie was already expecting my call and immediately connected me with Philip. He had all the details, sincerely apologized, refunded the $45 without hesitation, and even gave me his personal number in case the refund didn't post. That level of honesty, communication, and trust is rare. Thank you, Tiffany, Katie, and Philip, for turning a billing mistake into an example of exceptional customer service. Potato salad was solid but not sure any potato dish could top that Mac! Sparkling rose was just a teensy bit sweet, very refreshing and divine. Bartender said it's one of the best wines on their list. Hubby had Tito's and cranberry, also excellent. They have a good draft selection too.
