I appreciated that they explained in advance which products they would use and gave me a realistic timeline on how quickly we'd see results. Once I signed up, they were able to send someone within a few days. Their service technician Brad showed up right at the start of the 2 hour window and he was truly courteous and professional. He told us which products he was using and how they worked, and gave us a fact sheet as well as some pre-baited traps to use if we saw more ant activity inside the home. He also removed wasp nests and even filled a small hole in the crawlspace vent on the exterior of our house, which I feel was really going above and beyond. After the service was complete, I got an email with all of the details of what was applied and where, which I think is an excellent practice. It's only been a few weeks since the first treatment, but the number of ants inside our home went down pretty quickly and lately we haven't see any at all. I do understand we may see more as the ants move through their life cycle, but I'm really pleased with the results so far.

He went under the house, found evidence of a new rodent incursion and then covered the whole property to mend the holes in mesh that covered crawlspace vents, set traps and then came to explain what was going on under my floors. He showed me pictures of both the problem areas and areas that appeared secure under my house. We then walked the house perimeter to show where the critters likely got in there during the recent snowstorm. I'm confident in the accuracy of his assessment.
